Jessica's sis got a nose job and a couple of other things done - trying to fit to some stereotypical "norm". Don't think she should be making any 'be yourself' type of comments.
Jessica herself gets her lips injected (admitted - not just rumour) to conform to what is considered "hawt". Jessica also pushed the T&A hard hard hard during her Dukes days. And by the way, as "hawt" as she was - she was still wearing pads in her daisy dukes to poof out her butt. The director didn't think she was hawt enough.
As stupid and nasty as I think this constant critique of women's bodies is - Jessica is not a champion of the inner beauty movement. She capitalized on her hotness and offered it up as what she was to be valued for. So this turn around - should be expected. Look how the media culture has turned on Madonna and Pam Anderson. One looks desperate, the other like an aging overused porn star. That is the world Jessica wants to occupy.
Nothing ages quite as well as talent.
Jessica looks like a young woman who never does any thing slightly athletic, however - she is NOT fat.
So what you are saying is that men are victims of their hormones? That they will put up with about anything if there is a chance of getting laid?
And you wonder why women are so angry. Maybe women are trying to deal with hormonal creatures (men) who don't know how to be honest in their dealing with women, so clouded are their minds with hormones and the hope of getting laid? Women get angry once the realisation sets in that they are dealing with a mirage?
Call me idealistic - but I think you are selling men short.
At least I do hope so. Who wants a relationship with someone who will do anything for a fuck.
Anyone - and everyone - who chooses to bring a child into the world (and it is a choice - even those who claim they have no 'choice' due to religion, are indeed making a choice), needs to accept the responsibility that goes along with raising an infant into adulthood.
This woman and her enablers are depending upon donations or public support to raise those 14 children into adults. And if they aren't thinking public support, then they are delusional.
Either way - people other than the "parents" will be providing support.
What ever clinic or medical assistance she had to get those 8 embrios? Licences should be pulled, and they should be co-supporters for all those children.
But that won't be happen.
This is not about a woman's "right to choose". This is a purely selfish act that will affect 14 children for their life, and society at large who will be held responsible.
Four young people driving to a party, down country roads in a VW convertable. Gazing at the stars while the haunting music Pink Moon is playing?
I LOVE THAT ONE!
One of my previous jobs was as a teller in a drive thru (the "office" was across the parking lot - we were the voices in the boxes only)
One particular dress code item: Women were allowed to wear dress slacks but MUST have pantyhose underneath. Men were to wear dress slacks - no pantihose needed.
What a load of crap.
I've always looked with askance at any religion that, as part of how it defines itself, has a "special" place for women. Especially when the religion gets in to the nitty gritty of hair and clothes. Especially when that place is subserviant to men.
(church lady voice on) How convenient! (voice off)

In regards to your allogation that the non-religious are intolerant towards the religious: Because your ideology is every bit as intolerant and allergic to the facts as the targets of your criticism. Hypocrites.
I've never heard, on Atheist Radio, people advocating that Christians should not have full USA citizenship as this country was founded on Christianity. I have heard just THAT on Christian radio.
And this: 'No, I don't know that atheists should be considered as citizens, nor should they be considered patriots. This is one nation under God.'~George H W Bush 1987
So - please don't push this oh you are hypocrites if you condemn the religious crap, okay? If the Uber Religious in this country had their way, a whole lot of us would be gitmoed - or reduced to second class citizenship. That is, after they duke it out with the other Uber Religious for the One God.
I have no problem with people and their various religious beliefs. I do however, have a big problem when they tried to use their position or office to push their beliefs on me. I want to live in a country that supports religious freedoms. And I make a distinction between someone guided by religious belief and someone using Religion to make things the way they want. Take a look at the religious 'leaders' in this country - they are all pretty wealthy. Pretty good deal for a worshiper of Jesus, eh?
Religion has been used, for eons, to give a little more oomph to local social mores. Who is going to listen to Old Joe? But if Old Joe is speaking for a wrathful God? Better toe the line or be ousted from the village which was almost certain death in days of yore.
As for current conservative religion and women? I have no idea why women would be the main supporters of churches who look at them as secondary. Church is to Jesus, as Woman is to Man? Sounds like hierarchy to me. Can't believe in a god that would create me female just to be secondary to someone with a penis.
