fast food vs a good sit down meal

I've been thinking about food and sex.

I live in an area that a few years ago had a couple of decent restaurants which have gone away. What's left are fast food. If I want a good sit down pleasurable meal, I have to drive 45-60 minutes.

As a result, I don't go out to dinner as much any more. What I have at home is better than the fast food and sometimes the drive to some place pleasurable is just not worth it.

When we are young and hot and in our 20's we are willing to settle for fast food if nothing else is about. Not so much in our 40's and later.

And let's face it - when it comes to sex and women - there is such a thing as bad sex - men seem to orgasm each time - but for women - little more complicated. Makes a difference. Makes what we get out of it more complex.

So if you are faced with a dry spell and want to change it - just going out and knocking boots may not be as satisfying an experience for a woman as for a man. What makes it good for women? Put aside emotions and communication?, then the players need some skill and there is a physicality involved. And frankly, women don't know about their casual hookup until it is too late. And if you have a good chance it will just be mediocre or worse, why bother?

Emotionalism can make up for a lot of physical failings, as can knowledge of another person and trust. I think women are more desirous of a romantic companion than a one night stand after the rush of youth has blown by. Women want passion and not just be treated to sex as something done between flossing and rolling over to sleep. Men might still find casual hookup or perfunctionary sex wonderful but then, men seem to always have a orgasm so that may colour how they think of sex - no such thing as bad sex? It not that men have to be performing apes as much as women want men who show interest in themself as an individual, and sexual interest in them as a woman.

So maybe this writer wants a wonderful sitdown meal in a good restaurant and is faced with a sea of fast food joints? Too bad the pizza delivery guy doesn't aways read russion literature!

Oops!

My last post was supposed to be in the knocking boots column. Sorry about that.

la la la la

Geez, Walter.

Get a life. Find another subject. This one seems to get you crazy.

It was interesting until you splattered all over it.
