I haven't seen" Thankyou for Smoking" or "American Dreamz." Some critics loved Smoking so much that it was going to be my first choice of all films to see. After Zacharek's review of "Dreamz", I think I might enjoy it more. Stay tuned.
I really liked the characters in Invasion. I liked the ranger and his pretty wife Larkin (Lisa Sheridan). He does hoard secrets from her a little more often than necessary. I liked Kari Matchett, the physician who seems so sensitive and smart and strong. I liked all the kids and the romance between the sheriff's daughter and the deputy. How come other people didn't get wrapped up in these stories? What the heck are they watching, American Idol?!
