Your continual hatchet job on Hillary is so last year. When she is SofS, you can join Billo and predict the end of the world, thanks to her.
Until then, grow up.
I guess the change Obama called for was the change he picked up to pay for his ads.
I saw a guy today on the street wearing an Obama hat and asked if he thought a bunch of white guys connected to the Clinton Administration was the kind of change he voted for. He couldn't answer.
Business as usual.
Just expecting the candidate of "difference" to act differently. Same ol same ol.
Another amateur act by the amateur candidate. How we gonna win this thing if the campaign doesn't thing through their knee-jerk responses. "If I'm an elitist, so are you." My family is trying to eat and you're pulling this crap. I HOPED for something better from BO.
So much for a different kind of politician. Different how? And he's about to pick an inside the beltway politician for veep who is white and male. Different how?
My HOPE is that the lean-to-the-left, lean-to-the-right presumptive nominee will see that his base wants universal, not just kids. You folks can run from anything that seems Hillary-connected, but it's still the right idea.
Let's see... naive Politician with a capital P entices folks that he is all seeing and all knowing on Iraq and espouces a position that shows he cannot match Edwards or Hillary on a withdrawl. Anyone want to vote again? Anyone see those students staying home... again?
Count me among the sad for how close yet so far she came. Politics requires thick skins and the posts from fans on both sides suggest we need to gain a little leather. I trush the Obama fans understand that her needing a day (post Tuesday night) to move toward the inevitable was the response from a "real" human being who gave everything for her dream. Today's letter shows exactly who she is - someone who puts what's best ahead of ego, ambition, etc. I admired her long ago. I remain a fan and I will join her to make sure the GOP is deminished because of their reckless and horrible policies of the past 30 years. Let's go get 'em. Together.
Get the topic off Obama. Quickly, quickly.
Better to be a sexist than ...
Must...think...he...never...makes...mistakes. Must...send...memo...to...political...reporters...Remind...them...of...Clinton...Bosnia...mistake...My...candidate...is...too..cool...to...make...a...mistatement... Whew, much better now.
I hope he knows how to do the job if its his time. I'm not convinced. He does, however, give good speeches.
I'm astounded that the winner of the big blues is the one the pundits and Obamiacs think should bow out for "the good of the party." I can only HOPE we all see that he cannot win the biggies and should gracefully depart for his time in the sun in the near future. Not now.
So Howard Dean says Michigan and Florida don't count. So when real people go and vote for Hillary (and Barack and John Edwards), those votes don't count either.
Seems to me we're now into having the cake and eat it too.
My point is this. People don't vote thinking it doesn't count. When the real election happens in November and she (he) wins the state, will we discount it too.
And then there are the exit polls, which point out that come next week, Obama's got real challenges. Will the media (including the pro-Obama Salon) note that, or is there a playbook Obama spin ready for that.
I am so disappointed that we have decided that sexism is more than okay, but don't you dare bring up any other issues.
We have two excellent candidates running here. And the media has already decided we cannot have a woman president. No matter what.
Next?
I'm sure you'll be missed here by the pro-Obama crowd, putting up their daily talking points memos. I add my name to those who think you crossed the line and maybe you'll have stronger editors at Politico.
Couldn't wait to take another shot... or did you receive the Obama camp talking points memo and just hadn't gotten to this yet.
Yawn
The old San Diego Gulls. It sucks getting old.
I remember seeing him play for the old Phoenix Roadrunners in the Western Hockey League in the late 60s. He was fun to watch.
Someone please tell me how Iowa and New Hampshire were the end-all, be-all. Only 22 delegates on the line last night? And why isn't anyone writing that Edwards candidacy is dead. Two losses - that's what I see.
This has been a Hillary pile on from the beginning. MSM does it, Salon does it. That's why the glee Monday and the shock and awe Tuesday.
Hank Aaron - 98.7% of the vote
Willie Mays - 95% of the vote.
Who would vote against these guys.
The Hall is very small.
