Working class whites

My father who I guess was "working class" until he retired several years ago sent my mother a telling email early this year that included a phrase "spooks in the white house". My mother is a delegate and happens to be like me, for Obama. Interestingly enough I haven't spoken with my father about politics but now that I know of his racism I rather reluctantly equate his opinion to be at least partially representative of other "working class" whites. I guess I'm always up for a good disappointment and this one hit me where it counts. I thought my father somewhat intelligent and even progressive; His son is gay, his wife is Latino (from Mexico, became a US citizen), my niece (his granddaughter) is having a child out of wedlock, so far so good right? Then comes the "so 40 years ago" statement. Like I said, I'm always up for a good disappointment. America is full of people like my father, now that's disappointing!

Why Jeremiah Wright is so not an issue

Jeremiah Wright is not running for president. He is a surrogate for boneheads like Joan Walsh to write her petty, recyclable, non-issue laden hogwash in a column (it is her job……unfortunately, for the rest of us) and a pacifier for newsy-bodied morons to suck on whenever they need a fix to support what our political discourse has become: A sewage pipe with a never ending trickle of bullshit from the MSM. Grim view of America, indeed! Grim view of Salon.com as well. Well Ms Walsh, another penny-ante piece if ever I read one. Please fire yourself.

Original article: I was wrong about Wright

Joan is a narcissist

and this is not an issue. When my subscription ends, it ends. Fuck you Joan, fuck your tampons too!

Proud Texas Girl

Are you proud of yourself, Texas, your girlness, your bitter, elitist and racist comments or all of the above? Again, Earth calling! This is Planet Earth calling! Jeremiah Wright is not running for president. If anyone is to be guilty by association then each one of us has Hitler-potential and should be judged accordingly or the Wright issue should be treated with all the respect that it commands, which is null. If you're going to argue about something shouldn't it be something important?

Send those who voted for war..

Every last government official who voted for war should be sent to Iraq to rebuild the infrastructure. That's called killing two birds with one stone. Oh, and thanks again Bushie and company. Maybe you'll win a peace prize or something!

Original article: The Democrats' God problem

The problem with god is..

God doesn't exist. The Democrat's problem with god is that anybody who honestly admits that the creator of the universe didn't write a book cannot possibly lead a nation of delusional sheep. And if you think it's a problem for a Democrat you can't imagine how difficult a problem it is for a Republican. We need atheism, not secularism. Sure it's glib, but it's true.

Xeno the phobe

Hillary was stupid for saying such a thing, some Iranians are stupid for saying the anti-Semitic things they say, Jeremiah Wright is stupid for some of the things he says and of course, some Jewish people say stupid things too. Electro robot is just plain stupid, talking or not! And now I'm stupid too, woohoo!

@ Joe Buck

You forgot "dry drunk" and "ex-Cokehead" (as far as we know). Wow, imagine the democratic leadership not supporting another waste of money. What happened? Are we on the moon?!

Why wait for Alex?

Listen to the NPR report people! Sounds fishy to me (no pun intended).

Critics be damned

How about Democratic party be damned too, okay let's just say it! God damn America!

Pro-life, conservative and obviously home-schooled. I still can't believe that I was born in Meridian..

Gas tax

Tax the gas coming out of Hillary. The Pander in chief. Like she has the power to get a gas tax "holiday" approved..

Tuesday, May 6, 2008 08:48 AM

Bitter?

Is Hillary saying that people are bitter because of the tax on and the price of gas? Isn't that elitist or some such nonsense? What's good for the goose I suppose.. Guess what America, the price of gas is never going down again. "Change" indeed!

The music sucks

but I'm down with the sentiment.

Tuesday, May 6, 2008 06:36 PM

So what happens now?

Hillary identifies with the working class/LMFAO vs. Obama who hasn't been vetted and he's an elitist although technically thats impossible he is black? Like I said, I'll vote for Hillary even though I despise her, can this just end so John McCain can be president? Everybody knows that the Republicans (whom the Democrats support via Congress) are doing a bang-up job! Time to start practicing my French again.. Quebec, are you still an open door territory?

Wednesday, May 7, 2008 07:11 AM

Well...

Same old news. Oblivion for Clinton means going back to be the Senator of New York; not too bad a defeat unless her campaign has cost her more than we're led to believe. And Phantom delegates my ass, rules are rules (as stupid and arcane as they may be) or everybody gets a do-over which is retarded. I know, split the delegates from MI and FL between the candidates and Obama wins the nomination. How about that stupid idea? It's time to return the pantsuit to the senate superidiots, what the hell are they waiting for? Divided we fall.

Wednesday, May 7, 2008 02:18 PM

Old joke..

What's the difference between Rush Limbaugh and the Hindenburg?

Rush Limbaugh is a flaming Nazi windbag and the Hindenburg was a tragic airship disaster.

Please leave the race Hillary and let your supporters down today instead of a month from now.. It's time to start making the McCain campaign (also not swimming in money) spend some money instead of getting a free ride watching the Hillary in denial show on the sidelines. Vote Democrat or die trying.

Bad questions

Who designed this "poll"? The query appears to be some ridiculous online dating criteria!
