Veterans Day Protest

[Read more letters about this article: Here]As a Vietnam Veteran, I think you are wrong in your view that Memorial Day is the wrong time to protest this and all unneccessary Wars. I feel those that fought and died for our Freedom and Liberty, would want those that start Wars for other reasons, to be exposed as the Criminals that they are; and what more fitting time than Memorial Day??
The present "War" in Iraq is a poorly disquised, multi-trillion dollar theft of oil rescources and taxpayer financed giveaway to the Military Industrial Complex. It was concocted by those that have never served, and those that openly dodged service. They are not concerned with the deaths of thousands of American Military members, not to mention hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqi men, women and children. Until the War Criminals of the Bush/Cheney Crime Cartel, including those members of Congress and Senate that rubber-stamped their agenda, are held to account for their Treason and War Profiteering, no Veteran will be honored on any day.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]I suppose there are those who would say Adolph Hitler or Pol Pot had a certain boyish charm, and some sort of intelligence, failing to mention all the human beings they slaughtered during their time on earth. To me, there is nothing charming about this man, the most devistating entity to ever be positioned in the halls of power in our Nation's history.
The only thing that should be remembered about this guy, is the many War Crimes and Atrocities he has committed while in power, and that we as intelligent people, should never again
allow anyone of his kind to criminally attain the office and then use it to launch the largest theft and mass murder in U.S. history.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]The fact that the venue was an Awards Show, where the (evil) Ms. Griffin,(a comic), was making a (comic) comment regarding her winning of an Award, makes the entire thing all the more hilarious. If anyone was offended by her remarks, they should get out more, as I know several comics that would give them an entire show bound to curl their pompous hair(s), or at least piss off the Pope. The best by far,(in my humble opinion), is the great George Carlin, who blasphemes not only the almighty, but the entire religious establishment for the slimy huxters they are. If this is all too much for you, try pulling the stick out of your ass and lighten up. Sheesh, that's why God made pot.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]I have so often lately come to the sad conclusion, that good is being triumphed over by evil, and the Rollo Tomasi's of the
neocon hordes, are never going to reap their just deserts. The fact Bush and Cheney stole their way into office, and have never been challenged about that now, by comparison, minor infraction of the Law, is at the heart of the million and one other criminal acts they and their supporters and enablers have committed since. Who would have thought, as recently as 7 years ago, that huge stories in the news about GOP/neocon attacks on our Constitution and Liberties, would one by one be pushed into the trash heap by the next, even more sensational revelation of criminal wrongdoing?? You really cannot recall all the many instances of criminal activity by these lowlifes without a program, some sort of record of shame from which to recall. It will take a much better and more robust group of representatives and judges than are presently serving, to ever
investigate and punish all of these criminals and their cohorts. I could be wrong, but I don't hold out much hope that any of these puppets or their puppeteers will ever see a court of law, and that is what ensures the end of our once great nation.

GOOD 'OL BOYS AND RON PAUL

[Read more letters about this article: Here]The fact Ron Paul has been so marginalized in the MSM, and everywhere else for that matter, is highly interesting considering his recent straw poll wins ahead of such MSM Darlings as Mitt and Rudy. Faux Nooz even had to cut away as the embarrassing results flashed across the screen for all America to see. Hannity even made false claims that people were voting more than once, a proven lie. The author tackles an interesting subject, but should have expanded the discussion to include wide ranging groups of people from all walks of life who have maybe, possibly, finally, had enough and really want something different than the prepackaged sameness and coruption they've grown to expect. Undoubtedly, 8 years of the most destructive events in U.S. history and heretofore unseen attacks on the Constitution and our basic freedoms and liberty, have enraged a wide spectrum of the population, including a whole mess'a good ol' boys. Something completely unique and groundbreaking is going on here, and it's made it's self known in reality, it just isn't being reported by the MSM. But then, what truth has been, for quite a number of years now? The word is getting out and can't be suppressed, and barring a Governmental shutdown of the internet, or suspension of elections, Ron Paul will be standing before the embarrassed GOP convention, with the most votes, and then what will the neocons and their minions do?
