The Executive Branch's Flagrant Abuse of Executive Privilege

[Read more letters about this article: Here]Never before in the history of the United States of America has there been such a flagrant abuse of the concept of "Executive Privilege" to cover up wrongdoing and downright criminality, disregard for the rule of law and the Constitution of the United States of America. The criminal Bush and his criminal cohorts have woven their unlawful web of deceit, lies and vile machinations in order to subvert the Rule of Due Process of the Law and tried to bamboozle and flummox the people of America into believing their out-and-out lies and flawed rationale for non-compliance with requests from the Legislative Branch of Congress to answer questions, which if answered truthfully(something that will never happen from their side) would convict them of malfeasence and wrongdoing and BREAKING THE LAW without a doubt. Therefore their claim of "Executive Privilege" like a TARNHELM to invisibly vanish from the "prying eyes" of VERITAS, which would expose their HIGH CRIMES to public light and of course, the subsequent PUNISHMENT for their BREAKING THE RULE OF LAW OF THE LAND, which Bush and his cohorts are doing now even as we speak. The "New Tools" that Congress needs to fight back would be a type of summons which cannot be refused by the Executive Branch under the excuse of "Executive Privilege," which would make the very act of refusal to comply with that special summons a FEDERAL CRIME with the appropriate punishments for non-compliance. No legal argument from the White House, nor even the Supreme Court, could counter such a special Congressional summons to appear, under oath, taped testimony and NO EXCEPTIONS or deals from the White House would be accepted. It's HIGH TIME we acted and brought the runaway Executive Branch of government under control and brought the COMMON CRIMINAL Bush and his COMMON CRIMINAL cohorts to justice!

Bush is a slavering Captain Ahab who seeks the elusive white behemoth of EVIL CHAOS that he can plunge his harpoon of REASON into. The fact of the matter is, Sponge-Brain Square-Head Ahab-Bush is the EVIL CHAOS and we need Moby Dick to plunge his harpoon of REASON(or other dorkish appendages)into Monkey-Boy Bush and give him the quietus so that America and the rest of the world can breath easier! America must CUT OUT the CANCER called Bush/Cheney/Bushland Uber Allies from its body before it KILLS US ALL, and DEATH-SENTENCES for this CANCEROUS CABAL of Bush/Cheney/Bushland Uber Allies for their HIGH WAR AND DOMESTIC CRIMES are definitely in order here!

Cheney's Super-Ego ROMNEY laments, "If I only had a BRAIN!" Cheney's Ego GIULIANI laments, "If I only had a HEART!" Cheney's Id McPAIN laments, "If I only had the NERVE, COURAGE!(McPAIN already HAS A LOT OF NERVE! BUT COURAGE? HE WOULDN'T KNOW IT IF IT CAME UP AND BIT HIM IN HIS FUNDAMENT!)" Torticola Cheney shares the same concern that his Ego, Tin Man GIULANI does, namely missing a HEART instead of that Atomic-Powered, Titanium-Sprocketed Hunk of Metal that powers this LUMBERING BUCKET OF BOLTS Cheney to formulate the evil, vile machinations that this distant cousin of The Doctor's good friends, THE CYBERMEN constantly sproings into action. Lacking a HUMAN heart has not been a negative for Cheney, as a matter of fact, it makes his SOCIOPATHIC DESTRUCTIVENESS and INHUMAN COLD CALCULATING ACTS much easier to accomplish and influence CHIMPya W. Bush with them. This LIZARD of Oz Cheney needs to be DISSECTED not only to see WHAT MAKES HIM TICK but also as PUNISHMENT for his many HIGH WAR AND DOMESTIC CRIMES!
