Wow. Just wow.

Amerigo, you totally do not get it, do you?

It isn't a choice between seducing women and raping them. Rapists are not guys who can't get laid in other ways (many have girlfriends and wives), who lack "women skills". They are rapists, which is a totally different thing!

Rape is not a guy getting off his blue balls. Access to voluntary sex does not mean a man will not rape.

Why can you not understand this? Why?

And women do not want to be seduced! Seduced smacks of trickery and getting someone against their better judgement.

Why can you not trust women to know what they want?

Man, you really just don't know what you're talking about. There's a huge body of literature on the psychology of rape. Rapists are not just sexually frustrated guys. They are guys with an aggression problem. They can have a hot girlfriend laying at home with her legs open and still assault another woman because of that aggression problem. That's the root cause of rape. NOT blue balls.

Guys do not need tips on how to seduce. They need tips on how to treat women like humans instead of fuck toys.

Geeeeez, what's not to understand?

The very fact that you can mix up seduction and rape in the same sentence tells me you don't know what you are talking about. You are out in some left field the rest of us stopped playing ball in about 40 years ago.

BTW Amerigo

Many rapists are charming men who are big hits with the ladies, like Ted Bundy. Many, many rapists are frat boys or athletes with women dripping off them. They still assault women as sport, or because they think they have the right.

There is no one profile of a rapist. To say they are all social nerds is extremely pathetic. They are not.

Gee

what would these "seduction techniques" be, I wonder?

Really, you dumb asses, aren't there enough guys in this world lying their faces off to us to get into our pants?

You're right, women would fight this, because women hate being treated like meat that has to be coaxed into that leaf-covered pit with spikes in the bottom.

We don't want to be lied to or tricked. We want guys to just be normal, thanks.

That's why jerks like Mystery are total failures. He gives advice on how to seduce women, but he is totally incapable of understanding or having a real relationship. He's only able to get women as ditzy and short-term as he is. Guys who follow his advice will find themselves with all the basket cases and one-night stands, and then wonder why they can't get a woman who is relationship material.

You want relationship material, you have to BE relationship material. Simple. Guys who do the seduction thing aren't--most women steer clear of "playas".

Women Hate Seduction Because...

Seduction is by definition (look it up if you need to) deceitful/dishonest.

That's why. End of that topic.

Parson Jim, wrongful convictions are a different topic. A wrongful conviction does not mean that a rape did not happen, or that a woman intentionally accused the wrong man. Especially if the rapist was unknown to the victim. It means a jury made a mistake.

False accusations by any measure make up an insignificant number of reported rapes, and considering the number of unreported rapes, the figures are certainly even more skewed. You're not acting in good faith by dragging this straw man onto the thread again and again.

Amerigo

A video about how to lie your way into a woman's bedroom warm my heart?

I seriously fucking doubt it.

Brightstar

Only YOU are having a discussion about not being clear what rape is, because you hate women so much, and are so obsessively confrontational about absolutely every topic that comes up here, that you see everything, including the crime of sexual violence, through that filter.

The rest of us know perfectly well what rape is. We are not confused.

definition of seduction...

1) Enticing a woman into sexual relations with persuasions, solicitations, promises, and bribes.

(this is a legal definition for those rare cases when seduction is defined as a crime)

2)to lead away from duty, accepted principles, or proper conduct.

3) to entice or beguile into a sexual act.

I don't think you are using the word "seduction" correctly. Properly understood, it's a despicable thing.

Brightstar and Amerigo

1) Yes, you should absolutely avoid sex with drunk women, they cannot give consent, and it could get you put in jail. You can laugh about it if YOU want, but it might get you arrested.

So, yes! Avoid women who have been drinking. Easy!

2) SOI--sure, if a man just wants a woman for a roll in the hay and nothing else, he should say so up front. Very good, very honest. He will find some like minded partners. But he shouldn't be disappointed when a lot of women say "no thanks". Some women are looking for something else, and he needs to respect that and not try to trick them. No woman owes him sex just because he finds her attractive.

Proves It

This was the definition of seduction, NOT rape.

Seriously, you don't know the difference, do you?

And unless your girldfriend was trying to get you to do her through some devious means, she wsn't "seducing" you, she was just asking for sex. There's a crucial difference there, too.
