Every election I ever voted in, I had to choose between the lesser of two evils, and if I did not choose the lesser, as sure as the sun rises and sets I was stuck with the greater. We may not like the fact that the Democrats tend to compromise more than the Republicans, but we as Democrats also think that is incumbent on the majority to work with the minority, even though we find them despicable. Just because the Republicans refused to do so when they had the chance, is no reason for us to refuse.

So the argument that "I could invest in the stock market and make money" is a false hope perpetuated by the one guy that makes the million dollars off of a million suckers. The best advice I can give is, buy a home, a townhome, a condo, anything just to get started. You can trade up as your equity increases over time.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]I read in the LA Times (I think) that a federal judge in Ohio (again I think) ruled that some 30 homes could not be foreclosed upon, because the way the mortgages were packaged and sold to Deutsche Bank resulted in Deutsche Bank not actually having the right to the property, only to the income stream from the mortgages. I would love to see How The World Works take a look at this...
