The progressive interventionists always want to sound moderate, compassionate, and 'realistic'. They will tell you that killing innocent people is needed because they want to "save" them. They claim that the natural reaction of humans against being dominated by foreign invaders is invalidated in this one intervention. The Afghan will greet us with flowers and chocolates.

I think we need to round up these loons and institutionalize them for their own safety. Millennia of historical accounts that tell us that invading a land will not yield love and affection is tossed out by these loons in favour of some dream.

The great "progressive" Wilson wrecked the whole world by interfering with the stalemate in WWI and joining a war that America had no business being in. Remember, "progressives" have loved war every bit as much as neo-cons: only they like to kill different innocents usually.

Too bad it just does not work that way.

If you start with a small central government in these United States which is "effective" it will grow until it rolls right over you and your green ideals. It will roll right over the rest of us along with you. Don't believe it? Check out the history of this very country.

What I can not understand, never could understand, is why we Americans don't concentrate all of our time, talent, and treasure on helping our own first. Regan called for us to be an example to the world, and that is still a good idea. (yes I know he never followed his own good advice)

Imagine what the world would be like if all peoples worried about their own family first and then about their local community. I am saddened to read about some governmental atrocities in China or elsewhere; but the governmental atrocities here in the USA should be my first worry.

The phrase "morally obtuse inactions" shows clearly that you are a warmongering baby killer. You want to go forth into the whole world and find monsters to slay to make yourself feel like a man. (you can never be a man; that requires one to be human)

I as sure that karma will teach you of these things in the good and sweat time of the way; but until then, let me just say that when your dirty little offspring are ruled by foreign invaders someday I sure hope you are around to see the rape, pillage, injustice, brutality, and other even less appealing things.
