What's up with the tabletalk2

[Read more letters about this article: Here]Earlier I was able to get onto the regular tabletalk, but left to get some work done. Coming back I get the page that says that the DNS updates are slow, and use tabletalk2, but I can't log in to that page.
If I got on earlier today, why not now? Also, what's with not being able to log in via tabletalk2?
