I'm a consumer with a mind, and a will of my own.
[Read the article: If you care about your rights, don't buy an iPhone]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]I don't have an ipod,
I don't have an iphone,
I kicked AT&T to the curb.
Don't tell me what I can, and cannot listen to on my mp3 player!
Don't tell me who I have to have service with on my phone.
And AT&T, your customer service just sucks!
I'm havin' it my way. :)

My bot...
[Read the article: "Love and Sex With Robots"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Actually, I would like my bot to look like a bot... the more machine-like, the better. And, no human voice, please. I want to hear metallic sounding synthesized robotic voice, grinding servos, and smell electronics and grease. Now, that's hot. ;)

Hillary is a beautiful woman
[Read the article: Campaigning while female]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]I think Hillary is aging beautifully, and I love that picture!
Frankly, all the touched-up photos and blurred TV spots are a little creepy to me.

I have given up on the idea of a do-all phone...
[Read the article: The year in technology]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]I have gone thru dozens of phones, pda's and smartphones, and quite a few different mobile phone providers. None of them have been good at doing it all, and I have given up. I now have an Asus Eee, a Zune and a normal phone for actual phone calls, and the occasional text or pic. No more farting around with a phone to do notes, calendar, music or internet. Just like it's a pain in the ass to use one of those all-in-one remotes, I'd rather have the three separate devices. Of course, I carry a good sized bag, but I always have... now it's a little more packed. :)

Nice commercial... NOT!
[Read the article: Boobs to cure cancer?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Who thinks that breast cancer awareness really needs to be raised? Haven't we already been bombarded enough with this kind of message? I find this site, with it's blatant advertisement, ridiculous and offensive. Is anyone but me worried that this disease will never be cured as long as it's such a big money maker? I'm personally sick of the color pink, ribbon pins and boobies.

Psych-Out
[Read the article: An Olympic disgrace]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]I can't help but think that the parading of the gutted collie was a blatant psych-out of the Americans. I'm sure they knew very well the love we have for our pets, and your love of that dog. It was like saying, "We will consume you, and be stronger for it!"
The worse part about the consumption of animals, to me, is that I feel horrible knowing how animals in this country are raised and slaughtered, and yet, I still eat meat and prepare it for my family. Meat is the centerpiece of my families diet. We eat a lot less of it than we used to, mostly for health reasons, but what will it take for me to, once and for all, remove it from the table?
