Clinton and McCain are right. If Iran shows any sign of cooperating with Iraq, which is supposed to be an ally of the United States, we must obliterate them. Only then can we be safe

Actually, I do believe Ms. Clinton said she would obliterate Iran if it nuclear bombed Israel. When it comes to threats of obliteration, I always think it's best to be precise, don't you. Perhaps someone has a more betterific citation?

Just think about it. Just about lose the old lunch, huh?

Timberman, it is you government worshipers that think humans are evil --- you think we need a nanny state to whip us.

I'm telling you, go down and get your copy of Jonah Goldbergs "Liberal Fascism" while you still can. You and Jonah are soulmates! The way you've got the nannies whipping us, it's pure Goldberg.

If you get the book, you will end up writing Jonah a fan letter. It's always special when two minds with but a single thought blend. And Goldberg's got the same single thought as you.

Great title for a post, if I had one. Okay, it's not my own title either.

Bucky1 I have to confess that I am seeing the unmistakable signs of a serious issue for you. I fear you are prey to Asberger's Syndrome-by-Proxy Syndrome, by proxy.

This isn't something you want to fool around with, bucky1. The only known therapy is starting a blog. I'm sure that will work as well for you as it does for everyone else.

Have you looked into purchasing "Liberal Fascism" by Jonah Goldberg. I think you and he would have a lot to talk about.

  • And while we're on the subject...

of nightingales, I never lose a chance to recommend a wonderful quartet, "The Sensational Nightingales". You can hear them on Mallaco Records.

If you can, get ahold of the "God is Not Pleased" CD, and listen to "Morning Train". If that don't move ya' check you vitals or your vittles, one or both is off.

I love Zionists, I love the way they go from excoriating everybody as anti-semites and in the same message, assume that some great love for Israel must exist in the hearts of all Americans, and they are willing to ruin their relations with or fight anyone for Israel's sake, but you are all a bunch of anti-semites! See how that works.

Did Zionism invent passive-agressive techniques? Is it something they got from Freud while he was Jung?

Electro, if they hate us so much, why are you expecting them to do a goddam thing for us, especially when it conflicts with their own (maniflod) interests?

I agree completely. When Republicans look for factsmulate their foreign policy, they go to IMBD (http://www.imdb.com/)

Christ, it wouldn't surprise me if position papers were annotated thus: "Die Hard" scene 72, lines 23-51.

Poor Electro, he's only seen one movie; "Exodus"

This particular crime is just a blip in the litany of crimes against humanity committed by Israel since it's inception over 60 years ago, an inception built on the graves of the original inhabitants.

That is so not true! A lot of them the Zionists just pushed off their land and they didn't kill them. And that's so much better!

  • On second thought...

[Read the article: John McCain's serious foreign policy]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

maybe we should give some consideration to a leader with magical powers. Cause if McCain (or Hillary, for that matter) thinks they can do all this stuff without reinstateing conscription, they must know how to make G.I. Golems. Hmmm...maybe that's where Israel comes in.

  • Altered States

Indeed, many of us, American Jews, are on the side of a two-state solution living side by side in peace.

Now if only you could get the Israelis to join you, you would have it made!

I guess one state for all of it's citizens would be too much to ask from Zionists.

  • Hot,hot,hot!

    A hot-under-the-collar hot warrior.

Under the collar, it's steaming. Under the scalp, just inches away, there's no sign of any action.

Then again, didn't Bush call for a "more humble" and "less arrogant" foreign policy? But a Democrat was being more arrogant and proud about then.

I say, just elect Obama, and stop worrying. The second he's elected President all the Repubs will start growing their hair (or order longer toupees) and carrying "peace" signs instead of flag lapels. And every day we continue the war will be an impeachable offense.

Ideologically, Repubs can make a bootlegger's turn on a dime.

Ash, Glenn has a very irritating habit of being able to substantiate what he says. Perhaps you are spendiong time at sites where this is not the case, and so dodn't expect it here. Well, now you know! Forewarned is fourflushed, as the saying goes.

  • Credit where credit

"You're right, Barry. It would have been a Chinese prison camp."

Well, you can't say McCain wasn't aware of what a lousy pilot he was. Gotta give him credit for that.

  • Induced Nightmares

[Read the article: John McCain's serious foreign policy]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

What are McCain's plans specifically for unleashing new "nightmares" on Hamas?

Use C. Carol's recipe: "a blot of mustard, or a bit of undigested beef", might do the trick. From that you get dreams which they will scare the dickens out of you!

  • See, it's working

[Read more letters about this article: Here]

A woman aboard a flight from Berlin to Tel Aviv tore off her dress and, completely naked, shouted "Bring me Shamir! I want Shamir!" She was apparently referring to Israel's 75-year old prime minister

I had a feeling that as conditions changed for Israel more people would adopt my program for to defuse the Demographic Time Bomb. It's only natural.

i think that, as far as gaza is concerned, we deal with the clans like we did in anbar, iraq.

Who is the "we" in this case, sugar? Are you suggesting Gaza should be dealt with by American troops, or were you thinking British? In any case, am I correct in assuming that whatever happened in Anbar, Iraq, you liked it?
