Original article: Obama's early stumbles

Thanks, Camille!

As a conservative who loves talk radio, thanks Camille for being a liberal who has my respect - you're the only one! Your articles are so interesting, so unlike the typical liberal drone of mindless Democrat talking points.

Original article: Heads should roll

It's Not Just the Staff ......

because everything starts at the top. Wasn't it BO who picked these jokers?

I love Camille's articles, but I think she's excusing the new prez because she praised and voted for him and can't admit how wrong she was.

I Don't Watch CNBC........

but I notice you take the position that BO isn't responsible for the collapsing stock market. As long as he continues his anti-business policies, such as raising, rather than lowering corporate and capital gains taxes, the stock market will continue to tank. It IS his fault, as well as the fault of his fellow Democrats in Congress.

Conservatives don't even have to scream this one.

I'm Confused.........

I thought Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said previously that BO and the gang knew the A.I.G. money was being spent properly.

No?

It's Bush/Limbaugh's fault!

Mr. Madden Must Have Been Watching .....

a different press conference than I was watching.

BO is the ultimate empty-headed, narcissistic, infantile blowhard.

It's really disturbing to be living in a country where there are still people who are impressed with him!

I agree with prison reform.....

but I'm SO tired of Democrats being flattered as "courageous" for ordinary deeds. Is Jim Webb's life threatened by this? Is he even likely to be criticized for recommending the obvious?

If anyone thinks he's being 'soft on crime' all Webb has to do is explain himself, and even the most conservative of us would go along. After all, the taxpayers are the ones paying room and board for prisoners.

Would a Republican be labeled "courageous" for doing the same thing even though he/she would be more likely to take some political heat for it? Of course not!

Original article: Is Obama wrong?

I'm Not Well Versed about the Economy......

but neither are 99% of Americans, including Congressmen, our President, and economic "experts" so I may as well put in my .02 worth.

Congressional Democrats are the main cause of our present economic problems. Take Fannie and Freddie - Rahm Emmanuel got huge money from his short stint there, and Franklin Raines lives very large thanks to us taxpayers. Whenever I read about any legislation that's contributed to the problem, Dems are the authors of it. And although I'm sure you don't like Fox News, the film they have shown (I doubt MSNBC would show it) of Barney Frank saying that there was no problem with Fannie and/or Freddie, therefore President Bush and other Republicans' concerns were unwarranted, is a matter of record. What about Senator Dodd being a "friend of Angelo" or whoever at Countrywide?

In response to a campaign question about lowering capital gains and corporate taxes, I saw BO say that increasing taxes on "the rich" was a matter of fairness! Considering how many middle and lower middle class people are invested in the stock market these days, either directly or through retirement plans, shows how pathetically ignorant BO is of basic economics. At that time, he didn't even know the difference between corporate and capital gains taxes - I hope he eventually learns!

@Bryce Anderson

What about what the Dems are doing raising corporate taxes? How can it help us globally for it to cost an employer so much more to employ someone than it does anywhere else on the planet? BO and his fellow Dems seem bent on forcing a socialist/collectivist 'utopia' upon us - that's never been successful.

My gut tells me the Dems are the 'bad guys' and my gut has always been correct - trying to analyze things intellectually has only given me bad results. Maybe it's their overbearing, hateful, bossy, totally controlling demeanor - how could ANYBODY ever vote for Chuck Schumer?

And BO has absolutely NO experience whatsoever in the real world - I'd feel better about him and his compatriots if they had any actual business experience.

No matter, call me delusional, I'll never vote for a Dem - I despise them!

@Saman65 and Bryce Anderson

Well, you leftists are in charge now - congratulations!

I'll be watching with interest as those you've elected rule all of us - only time will tell what the outcome will be.

Original article: The poetry of Glenn Beck

I'm a Conservative Who Loves Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, and Laura Ingraham....

but I can't stomach the over-top-emotionalism of Glenn Beck. Don't compare him to the others - he's in a class by himself!

He can occasionally be funny on his radio show when he and Stu banter back and forth, but then he ruins it by silencing Stu and preaching. He usually starts by wailing, "What's happened to us?" I really hate it when he cries!

But I learned what to do from you leftists when violence and/or sexuality is shown on television that I don't like - turn off the TV! So I'll give you your own advice - IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, TURN IT OFF!

@ Saman65 - You Can't Be Serious!

The vision of the right is 20/20 compared to that of lefties! Lefties are the most intolerant, totalitarian people on the planet - today's latest manifestation of this is outrage by the DNC towards the Governor of Virginia for actually allowing people to buy (with their own money) Pro-Life car tags and then allowing them to put them on their own cars - imagine that! In this Dem-controlled country, they'll probably try to stop that!

And did you hear they're going to eliminate the law that allows doctors to decline to perform abortions if it goes against their conscience? In Dem world, physicians will be forced to do what the central government says do!

These are just two small things, I could go on and on, so don't tell me about blinders - take your own off!

@Poodle Play

I don't know what you're talking about, PP - you're crazier than Glenn Beck!
