A new kind of fascist or the Bushmaster

Dick (what a perfect name for that prick) Cheney, is a new kind of fascist. He has pushing, in his deadly and ultra-violent manner the new fascism-deadlier and more dangerous than any we have sen before:the corporation is above the state, which is above the people. This guy is so vile, corrupt or the Bushmaster and deadly, that a Peruvian writer whom I met on a recent visit to Peru compared him to the Bushmaster, the deadliest snake in the Amazon, a snake that operates only in the dark and is hardly ever seen.

Prick Cheney

Our very own Heinrich Himmler, the yellow bellied weaselsnake who runs the federal government. Prickydicky gets off on blood, money and power. He could care less if the blood is the blood of US troops. He deliberately shot his hunting companion to get off on the gushing blood. The weaselsnake is agitating for a nuclear attack on Iran. He can't wait for the intense rush he'll get from a few million Iranians glowing in the dark.

The Surge just goes forward swimmingly

On the same day, 1. the largest Sunni block left the Iraq government, practically guaranteeing an acceleration in the turmoil ann bloodshed and 2. a suicide bomb killed more than 70 civilians. But wait a minute, it actually happened in August, so it doesn't count. After all, we had a wonderful July in Iraq. That Patreuous, what a magician.

The founding fathers are rolling in their graves

How did we arrive to an almost universal consensus in this country that the USA will be involved in wars in perpetuity? The founding fathers designed a brilliant document that was supposed to prevent us from becoming an empire that is fighting wars halfway around the world. We have been invading sovereign countries at will or changed their regimes through proxies for so long, it's hard to remember that it wasn't always like that, and the public just accepts it as if was normal and a matter of fact. US corporations fell threatened by a foreign government and boom, that government is overthrown. Guatemala, Iran, Chile, Panama, Grenada, the list goes on and on. Why wouldn't there be groups fighting us around the world? Our imperial conduct guarantees that we will have enemies for ever, unless we stop being an aggressive militarist empire. Our nation went into convulsions when Saddam invaded and occupied Kuwait, while we have been doing similar stuff for generations, as if it's our inherited prerogative to determine who rules which country. We have replaced Great Britain as the most aggressive and ruthless imperial power, and we don't even have a national debate about it. Just mind boggling.

How can it be anything but a murder?

Since there was no enemy fire, there was no reason for anybody to shoot at anybody else. In addition, Tillman was shot from a distance of less than 10 yards, how was it possible for a well trained Ranger to misidentify him? The probability that this was a friendly fire incident and not an execution is practically zero. Are the American people that stupid and pliable that they would allow a serial deceiver like Rumsfeld and his minions pull the wool over their eyes, again? How can the public allow itself to be deceived by this felonious regime day in and day out, where's the outrage? No wonder Bush/Cheney have so much contempt for the nation.

If it walks like a duck

70 percent of the public, including me, believe that O.J. Simpson committed a double murder, based on weaker evidence than the evidence indicating Pat Tillman was executed by a fellow soldier. Do I think GWB ordered it? No, he doesn't operate that way, but it would be extremely plausible for Rumsfeld or Cheney to order an underling to arrange Tillman's execution. Remember, he was going to become the face and voice of the anti-war movement. That would have been a gigantic public relations disaster for the Regime which it just couldn't afford. Tillman, the photogenic jock, outstanding NFL player who willingly gave up millions to become a Ranger and war hero would have made inroads for anti-war sentiments even in the NASCAR crowd-he had to be eliminated.

The whole world's watching

What is evident to the rest of the world with the exception of the US public is that the Bush regime is a murderous crime syndicate. The new Democratic majority in congress is incredibly naive when it keeps expecting the Republican Crime Syndicate (RCS) to play by time honored rules. Their reluctance to start the impeachment process against the whole lot just means that they are allowed to continue to commit their crimes without interference and with impunity. This is a historic mistake by the Democrats. The logic behind the Democrats timidity is that the RCS will be replaced in 2009. Wrong-the RCS has no intention to be replaced. They will steal the next presidential elections, just like the stole the previous two, through fraud, intimidation and voter suppression. The opportunity is now and may never repeat itself..

Re-where's the outrage

Fezikz makes a fine point when he/she asks why isn't the public taking to the streets in outrage and brings down this criminal regime. The problem is that the public is largly ignorant about all that is going on. The MSM, mainstream media is owned by corporations extremely friendly to the RCS, republican Crime Syndicate and they either don't report their crimes or disseminate regime propaganda. The MSM has also become nothing more but a conduit for gossip and entertainment information. They spend much more time reporting on Paris Hilton's jail attire than on Iraq. The 4th estate stops being the democracy watch dog. The MSM has dumbed down the public with trashy gossip, crime and and entertainment disguised as news, so the majority of the public, who still gets its news from the MSM, is largely unaware of the crimes of this regime, therefore the lack of outrage.
