Equal treatment

It's funny that no war supporting right wing scoundrel is required to go to the so liberated Iraq to interview Carl Rove's favorite pet. The great anti-insurgency expert seems to accede the speed of light in his haste to be interviewd by every chicken hawk armchair warrior. I can imagine Glenn going over to Iraq and getting the runaround of the century. "Mr. Greenwald, the General would love to meet you, but he is so busy surging against the enemies of our great nation, it seems like you'll have to stay in Iraq for a few more months if you still wish to interview him. In the meantime, why don't you interview shopkeepers in Baghdad's central market. They'll tell you about the fond memories they still have of Sen. McCain's visit and how safe he felt shopping for his kids?"

The Rove Factor

You just know that Carl Rove's has aleady made sure that the General knows in no uncertain terms that if he gets within 10 miles of the likes of Glenn Grennwald, his career is finished. Our General has never been interviewd by any American who isn't part of the timid corporate MSM media who will never challenge him for being a political tool in the attempt to save the Shrub's presidency, nor is there even a slight chance that he will. Going to Iraq might get Glenn killed, but it sure as hell won't get him an exclusive interview with the Great Savior.

Mein General the story teller

Back in 2004 when I read reports by Mein General about how swimmingly affairs were going in Iraq, while in reality he was telling us the kind of crappy fables Fox Anti-News became infamous for, I had no doubt he would end up as the Shrub MainGuy in Iraq. This was the story with the inevitable ending everybody knew was coming. The so called apolitical military man who is nothing but a shill for the NeoCoNazis.

The famous waithing list

Not only are the chicken hawks disguised as media exempt from waiting lists to interview Mein General, their propaganda like "questions" are fed to him in advance. One wonders whether he's been ordered to submit his answers to Rove for approval ahead of the so called interview, or if he is by now accepted as a trustworthy propagandist for the Regime.

The Albert Speer of the Regime

John Yoo is the Albert Speer of this criminal regime. The pseudo-intellectual enabler. However, Albert Speer was the only senior Nazi figure to admit guilt and express remorse. Speer spent 20 years in jail for being an enabler of the Nazi machine. Unlike Speer, Yoo doesn't have the backbone to admit to doing anything wrong and express any remorse. In that sense he's even more despicable than Speer.

YooTube and the Constitution

John Yoo seems to be vary mad at our Constitution. I wonder why, since he obviously never bothered to read it.

Are you kidding me?

As a lifelong resident of the Bay area, I take the presence of John Yoo at Cal in particular and the San Francisco Bay area at large as a personal affront. It feels like having a rat running around in your attic but never being able to get rid of him. The fact that some of my tax dollar goes into the pocket of this NaziLite makes even my vintage Pinot Noir taste like vinegar.

These people are stark mad

Everybody in the Bush Regime and its supporters is raving mad. The following is taken from a local Bay area online forum(Palo Alto Online Town Square). The poster, a typical rabid Bush?Cheney supporter and enthusiastic supporter of the Iraq occupation, commented on a thread poking fun at Condi Rice and in one of his more insane posts, accused Madeleine Albright of having an affair with a dictator. When asked to explain his bizarre comment, here is what he posted:

"I refer, of course, to Albright's dancing and wine sipping with Kim Jong Il to celebrate giving him a reactor for his promise to not make a bomb.

My one disapointment with Dr. Rice was her failure to flush State and start over with people who were aware of who they represent. I might say that if she earned the hatred of State and Academe, she is halfway to the stars. When Bolton and Rumsfend are elected president and vip, the Gaggadine cleanup might commence.

Tell us about Lebanon's successful rebuilding without Dr. Rice's insight. The world is waiting.

Pro Abortion/Anti Choice

The existence of vermin like Malkin, O'reilly, Coulter, Limbaugh, et el, makes a wonderful case for abortions and for not giving women pregnant with the likes of them a choice in the matter.

Psyberdawg

You must have not read the Palo Alto Online-Town square forum when you lived in E.Palo Alto, or you would remember Walter Wallis, who would support Bush and everybody in his regime even if they murdered his own family. Here are some comments regarding his accusations that Madam Albright had a romantic involvement with Kim Jong II:

"I take back my suggestion that Wallis may have rare moments of sanity. It seems like those moments are a thing of the past.

Oh, of course. Behaving like a social creature at a celebration equals romantic involvement. Of course. By the way, remember that photo of a grinning Rumsfeld pressing the flesh of a grinning Sadam from back in the good ol' days before Sadam was Satan? Suppose they were romantically involved, Walter? Think I've got to side with Chris of Professorville in assessing your sanity, dude.

And taking into account the back-rubbing Bush gave to the German Chancellor and all that kissing and hugging with King Abdullah, Bush has some strange romantic involvements.

Joan, remeber that with the conservatives, despite everything they say, it's always about sex.
