Question anything Bush "believes"

"I'm optimistic because I believe I'm right." -- GW Bush.

Anyone who believes in a higher power as the ultimate answer to life (i.e., a god of any shape, size, form, or dimension) is, by definition, proven capable of believing absolutely anything else presented to him or her.

As Twain stated, "faith is believing something you know ain't true".

Clearly, GW Bush has no issue with his beliefs.

The American public has been neutered...

...and, on the whole, it has truly become a place where 'up is down', 'good is bad', and where the 'truth is a lie'.

Like the self-induced drug addict, it appears America will have to hit rock-bottom before it will see the necessity to quit its blind 'we are the best country in the world' habit.

Excellent article.
