The most effective Bailout for All, companies, and Main-Street alike, would be a Single-Payer Health Care System for All! We need A System with no co-payment that covers every Medical Discipline, Including Dental, and Eye care and Treatments. Just like the one in the pocket of our Government Legislators. If Israel and several other Great Nations can do it, so can we! I want everyone to have health care, and be healthy! Who amongst us want unhealthy people harvesting their food, processing their food, preparing, serving their food, Unhealthy children going to school with their children, working in their Home, Hotel, or in any other capacity? Today many people without Health Care will go to the nearest Hospital Emergency for their Health Needs! This Cost more than Health Care, and is a huge problem for all Hospitals in this Country!

G.M., Ford, and Chrysler have Dumped Quality Models, and Makes in favor of Expensive Styling Changes year after year! What happened to the Caprice, Pontiac Bonneville Buick Road Master, Cadillac Fleetwood, Chrysler Imperial, Desoto, and Plymouth? Rather than putting the money into the engineering moderation upgrades they just shut down the various plants! And, guess what, Customer Loyalty was shut down! It is Foolish to send Good Money after Bad! Failing the following, Their Failure is inevitable! The U.S. Auto Companies’ need much more than an austerity plan! They have too many layers of Management, they develop products without much R&D and foresight, and they always lag behind most other auto companies in the development of new technology! They need the Direction of the likes of Lee Iacocca! The Japanese Auto Companies' already have Electric Plug-ins and Fuel Cell vehicles on the road in fleet tests! G.M. will have the Volt, a plug-in Electric in two years from now! These plug-in electric vehicles utilize hardware that has been available for about 20 years. Why do these Companies put those Business managers in charge that have little, or no, engineering background? I personally would like to see Honda, Toyota, and Volkswagen buy them out and take over the lot of them. Clean Diesel engines are now coming on the market, but why is it taking so long to get them approved in California? Clean Diesel Technology should be available in many automobiles and trucks!
