@LLL LLL...I think the joke is on you

You sound pretty...liberal. You might want to calm down a bit. Taking back the country? Wow, you sound like us lefties when Scrub was in office. You guys didn't sound like that when a Republican was in office. We are just about 7 months into Obama's presidency and suddenly you want the country back? Enjoy the next four years, sweetheart. I suggest getting laid a bit more.

I still like scripted shows better

Clearly, it's a case of a murder-suicide perpetrated by a person driven to temporary insanity by a psychotic partner. She was probably a screamer, scratcher, and thrower. Too bad she took an innocent guy with her on her spiral downward.

-- Old Poor Richard

Sorry, but I don't buy the blame the victim bulls**t and the guy was not a saint by any means. I highly doubt he'll be remembered holy as thou. It's a tragedy and gives a lesson that production companies who do reality shows to give a double take on people they cast in their shows. Clearly, 51 productions didn't do a thorough background check, otherwise they would have noticed the record behind him. Now 51 has two shows down the drain that will probably never air. Admittingly, they were moronic shows with people I don't care to know about. I seriously don't care if Megan gets a Millionaire.

Original article: Sen. Ted Kennedy dies at 77

I agree with sforme

@jcjc, unlovely, and Chagos

Fuck off, you classless shitbags.

-- sforme

Of course, the lovely right nutbags are showing how classy they are. Like jcjc, unlovely, and Chagos are complete saints and like anyone is going to miss you guys anyway. Ted Kennedy has paid a lot in redemption due to the tragedies that have surrounded his family. I think having two brothers assassinated and other family members taken away by fatal accidents and illness during the past decade or so is plenty of enough. I doubt you three would take that so well in your own personal lives. All three of you should examine yourselves before you throw stones. Oh, and go fuck yourselves too.

Whoa!

Randall Terry chose to leave instead of take the offer of asking Moran and Dean a serious question? Yup, as I thought. No substance and absolutely no style. Probably dead inside too. Randall Terry is a scumbag of the 1st degree. He doesn't defend babies, he only wants to have attention in order to make himself a savior. F**k him.

R.I.P Lion of the Senate. You will be missed.

What Arsene said

And Ted Kennedy achieved FAR FAR FAR more in his life for thousands of people (the poor, working class, the disabled) than moral cretins like you EVER will.

As a Massachusetts voter, I've witnessed what the man did for the most vulnerable of our state for decades. Lowlife scumbags like you exist in pathetic little cocoons of self-indulgent ignorance and stupidity and can't even begin to understand what he accomplished.

-- arsene

I agree with what Arsene said. The man has achieved far, far more than any pathetic right nutjob who shout at townhalls or paragons of stupidity like Sarah Palin. F**k you jcjcjc and the rest of the sheep who listen to your ignorance. You are not missed.

Shut up, Glock

Hey buddy, why don't you man-up with your real name, instead of hiding behind your pseudonymous gun.

That way, when I eventually see your obit in the papers, I can bring a bunch of my liberal buddies around and piss on your grave.

You pathetic little shit.

-- timhowe

I'm with Tim on this one. F**k off, Glock.

Yo Coker

I am not one to disrespect the death of a man like that, but he's got a point. The day after, if you listened to the pundits on the left, that's exactly what they were doing; using his death as a way to encourage bi-partisanship on the bill.

And I forget who, but somebody suggested changing the name from Obamacare to honor Kennedy.

While using the phrase "from the grave" might be distasteful, so is using a man's death to further your cause, THE DAY AFTER HE DIED.

-- Nathan Coker

Actually you are being disrespectful and name of the health care reform bill is not Obamacare. That came from your fellow wingnuts who used their fear propaganda and misinformation about death panels, killing granny, and now not giving health care to Republicans. You're disgusting. I doubt you will be missed as much as Kennedy will be.

Right...

I've never been a fan of Chris Brown's music...and now I never will. Sorry, Chris. I'm currently digging Jay-Z's new dig. Oh, Rihanna's on it too.

Original article: Los Angeles is burning

Hang on

I'm currently in NYC, but used to live in Georgia. Back in 2007, there were wildfires going on because of the extreme drought the south was going through back then. I was walking to work one morning and the air smelled overwhelming of smoke with a light, smoky haze floating just above the ground. My nose was irritated, but it was nothing I couldn't put up with. Eventually, the rain came and the south isn't in the extreme drought it used to be. I can only imagine how much worse it is for the people of L.A. with white ash falling from the sky, blocking the sun. I hope the authorities gain control of the blaze and the people there are thankful for their tireless efforts. It truly must be exhausting for them with the fire taking up so much land and fast enough to just fly on the wind to travel twice as fast. There is a hurricane just south in Baja. Maybe it will die down and deliver much needed rain to the area.
