Oh Snap!

I'm liking Gibbs! Don't ask for forgiveness, Gibbs. Cheney has an assassination group report directly to him until just last month when his group was found kissing more women and children then actual enemies of the U.S. Yeah, that's real too. Cheney = Asshole.

Eh

Cheney is no longer royalty and he sucked as a vice president. Screw him. Those TV journalists can take in regard that I said screw instead of fuck.

Well...

Just based on Zucker's lovely opinion, it's no wonder that NBC is 4th in the major networks. Eat it, Zucker. You are fucking 4th.

Shut up, AIG

The letter writer for the "AIG, I quit" letter had me until I read about the $700,000+ he was going to give away to charity. This man is a very well off, wealthy man with plenty of money to support his own family. Another words, he has plenty of f**k you money. Suddenly, I didn't see the point of the resignation letter with the exception of him wondering why so many people are angry at AIG and grandstanding how completely innocent he is. Alright, I'll give the LW the benefit of the doubt and agree that perhaps he wasn't part of the problem that made AIG go down in flames. However, his ignorance is mind blowing. The LW is clueless as to the kind of suffering that is causing such a public outrage. And he can be clueless with the amount of money he is getting. The letter doesn't achieve it's goal of making the reader sympathize. Instead, it makes us angry because of the LW's lack of reality. Seriously, everyone from AIG should shut up. I hope this man is ready for the hate mail to flow.

A Last Stand

DeSantis is grandstanding. This is an attempt to clear his name and separate himself from AIG. The AIG label is rotten and toxic and that goes for anyone connected to the brand. Would anyone want to show their resume to another employer if they had AIG on it now? I highly doubt DeSantis has to do that since the man is so rich and well off. The letter had me until the $700,000 bonus he got, which is OUR money, which is now going to charity. Wow. Thanks a lot, DeSantis, for giving OUR money to a charity of YOUR choice. DeSantis doesn't know the real suffering that people who don't get $700,000 bonuses get. He is well off where he doesn't have to work for his family. His comparison of his job to a plumber is insulting and just plain ignorant. AIG, shut up.

Not perfect

I'm trying to gain some kind of sympathy for the woman featured in the article, but I can't seem too. I'm as feminist as a girl can get with a Women's Studies degree to boot, but I just can't get how much stupidity a woman like Kortney act on. Her perfect image was perfectly shattered the more I read into the article. I would like to consider myself like her being as I am a young professional woman myself. However, I do NOT touch married men. Period. My conscience would never allow it not to mention it and screams questioning of my ethics and there is enough ethical screwups out there as it is (let's start in finance, shall we?). And I'm still on birth control even when I'm not in a serious relationship and dating (I'm on it right now). Kortney screwed up and her example is not the one example of accidental pregnancy for professional women. Not every woman who gets pregnant who is not a teenager is not like her. Accidental pregnancy happens a lot to people who don't have her amount of stupidity and people in loving relationships and/or are married. I wish Kortney the best of luck and hope she gets the help she needs in order to support her child. However, because she lost her job, I have a feeling my tax dollars are going to be helping her too. And that just depresses me more.

Agh

Why do I have a feeling all of this is going to get up really bad? Like Waco, the Oklahoma city bombing, or any kind of ending having to do with radical militias and cults. The birthers are desperate and clearly they want to be heard even if no one wants to hear from them. I don't see anything good coming from them except violence and lawsuits.

Original article: Ask a Wingnut

Perfectly Wingnut

I love how long time Bush supporters are now reduced to using fake names to voice their opinions (karma bitches!). The answer to the question is perfectly right wingnut. It's short in trying to prove the answer and gives the horrible evidence in order to justify it. To Mr. Glenallen Walken, you say the MSM is always going to the left for all issues? I have two words to counter that statement: Iraq war.

Thursday, April 9, 2009 10:49 AM

Oh no!

Watch out everyone! The right wingnuts are going to blow! Take cover!

Sigh

I used to buy at American Apparel, but stopped because I found other stores and designer that I could fit into. I'm still considered plus-size, but devoted to a low caloric diet and hard exercise and losing weight. I haven't reached my goal yet, but I doubt I'll be buying anything as a thin girl from American Apparel anyway. Douchebags aren't appealing.

Liberal = Ugly?

I love how wingnuts isolate all of the conservative women to be drop dead goregous while all liberal women are described as ugly. Ha! I will toot my own horn and say that this attractive girl is most definitely liberal and f**king proud of it. Sorry wingnuts, this pretty girl is not likely to give any of you the time of day. You all might want to stay with your bulging eyed bachmanns and your crazy cougars like Palin.
