"That's she's very attractive. That she's very competent or that she's very happy."
Wow, those are the reasons she driving me crazy? Alright, let's make some comparisons. Attractive? Alright, I'll give her that. Cute is a better word. Although, I do find the pornstar who plays her in Who's Nailin Paylin a lot more beautiful. Competent? Not really. As McCain says "check the records". Those should speak for themselves. Actually, check any media outlet to see if she's competent. Happy? Of course she's happy! She just spent six figures on clothes and used loads of government money for her own personal use on her own family. Who wouldn't want all of that money at their own disposal in times like these? Anyway, I need to head back to work. I don't have time to think about Sarah Palin. Besides, who wants to think about her when Obama is so much better to look at!
Does anyone update McCain about the news? Didn't anyone tell him that Palin made the same mistake and then apologized for it? Talk about miscommunication on the McCain campaign.
I was thinking about this and I realize that I do buy a lot of nice clothes and makeup for work. I love fashion and clothes too (Purse Addict all the way!)and definitely buy more clothes when I already have a closet full. I prefer to shop at Macys than Walmart, but I buy a lot of catalog clothes too. While looking at a collection of Palin's outfits, I took a few sample pieces and found I could get some almost exact pieces at some really good catalog stores like Newport News (awesome clothes by the way). And they literally cost just over $150 to $200 per piece if you want to get pricey. Nice jackets and skirts, pantsuits, and knee high boots are pretty common and it's the season for them too. So finding good pieces of clothes at affordable prices isn't that hard. So I have to guess that the reason her wardrobe cost so much is because she bought high end designer labels (where you pay for the designer name not the piece of clothing) or she bought new clothes for everyday of the campaign at a lower price. Something tells me she wanted the high end designer labels. Her daughter supposedly holding a designer Louis Vutton bag (I would have to look closer at the bag to see if it's fake or not) in a photo shows proof of that (Sorry Palin girls, I'm a coach girl, but check out the new Op Art collection from Coach if you guys have some time). I realize that, yeah, I would love to avoid high end designer labels ALL OF THE TIME. However, I'm not running for Vice President and I'm not a conservative who comes from the "real America" as she proudly preaches on and is a supposedly representative of middle class working families. What gets people angry is that she spends so much on things the majority of her target audience can't afford now. And they want their leaders to know their suffering. Clearly, Palin and McCain aren't suffering financially at all. I consider myself extremely blessed to be able to afford luxury things, but at the same time, I'm humble as to how I got into this position in the first place. Palin looks to be ignoring that and the people she wants to be her core base. It's hypocritical and full of greed. That's why people are angry. As for Palin and her fashion style: sweetie, get off the slutty library MILF look. I'm 28 and I look a hell of a lot better in those clothes than you do.
This is what you get for applying outdated smear tactics at an evolved public. Good luck to you congresswoman. You'll need it.
After eight years of negative feelings about Bush, his administration, and the GOP, I have been laughing out loud for the past several weeks. How many times have GOP members put their foot in their mouths? Seriously. Who is running the McCain campaign? People like Marcia Stirman are just making the campaign for Obama so much easier by spouting out uninformed, vile, racist, ignorant, xenophobic trash. Keep going GOP! Keep it up and the trainwreck is going to inevitable.
Alex, you hit the nail right on the head. For anyone wanting to sue the media for slander over a parody, just look up Hustler v. Falwell. Larry Flint and Hustler did a hell of a lot more to Jerry Falwell than what SNL did to Palin. There is no comparison. Newt needs to do some more research on the First Amendment and Palin...well...she proves she knows absolutely no supreme court cases anyway so she wouldn't know to begin with. However, if she wants a quick study on the case just check out the movie, "The People v. Larry Flint". You get the supreme court case with some actors and a lot of nudity and sex. That should get her attention.
That polar bear pin is cute. I can see myself wearing that little bear on my blouse too. I'm sure the bears can appreciate it more on me since I don't want to kill them. Or any other endangered species for that matter. She should honestly wear all of the animals she doesn't want protected on her blouses. But seriously, why does every thing this woman wear make her look like a hypocrite? It does feel like we are picking one her, but damn, it's just so easy to pick on her for things like this. Way too easy. The woman is still her own worst enemy.
You gave me the case of the giggles. Of course, Sarah Palin doesn't want to release her records. She firmly believes that all women have the right to privacy and that the government shouldn't tell them what to do with their bodies...er...nevermind. Just another example how the woman continues to make a fool of herself.
