Not only did he knowingly give the firefighters faulty radios which caused their death-he also made the 23 floor of 7 World Trade center his emergency command center which was against the advice of security because the Trade Center had been attacked in 1993. Security recommnded a site on the other side of the Brooklyn Bridge. So Guiliani had his way and the building collapsed because a small fire broke out on 09/11 and because of the 6000 tons of gasoline that was in the building it fell.
