I searched my own name, and my site came up first, as did the home pages of other people with my name. Great. But next to my site is a picture of some guy? I can't understand. It's not even a picture that I have anywhere in my domain. So there pulling pictures from other domains? Just for the sake of having a picture?
Some of the text searches I performed returned ancient results, some over ten years old. I'm glad that ad sites don't come up like they do in google, but this is missing a lot.
The LW's husband seems to be going through some sort of mid-life crisis, i.e. he's re-living his adolescense. I agree with others who've said that there's no reason sexual needs should be some sort of ultimate trump card. Marriage and parenthood involve some sacrifice, and giving up having a hot poker shoved in your orifices is no different than not being able to just come and go as you please.
There are two glaring reasons that Spitzer should resign:
1) The funds came from his re-election campaign, not his personal bank account.
2) He used money-laundering strategies to hide the funds.
Excluding these facts from the article is sloppy. Spitzer has had some issues in his past as well (the way his 1994 campaign was financed, using state troopers to go after a political foe) to indicate that he is ethically challenged in general.
Nothing says it better than this:

Seriously, how many nut-jobs for whom Barack's name will be an issue read Salon. Sometimes this member of the choir is a little tired of being preached to.
It's refreshing to see some commentary in public about how overblown the reaction to Ahmadinejad has been.
This is supposed to be a free country. I don't hold this man in very high esteem at all, but I think he should have been allowed to visit ground zero. Are we going to start subjecting every foreigner to some sort of ideological test before being allowed near ground zero? What if he decided to hop a subway and go down there by himself (admittedly unlikely), would he get tasered?
Yes, some of the things Ahmadinejad has said are appalling, but wouldn't it be a better display of our strenghts and freedoms to show the world that we aren't petty and fearful?
If you took Morton Downey, Jr., the angry talk show host of the 80s, and forced him through 10 years of grad school , you would have Camille Paglia (if you were unlucky).
A men's room is neither "a collegial" environment nor some sort of Iron John room where men celebrate rituals of "shit and death." It's just a freakin' men's room. Be grateful if no one has peed on the floor and everybody remembers to flush. Don't stay and soak up the atmosphere.
Ed Koch when he lost the democratic primary to David Dinkins. Both men seem to think of themselves rather than their party as being popular. Koch wore his megalomania with pride, but Lieberman is more pernicious. What's worrying is that Koch felt a personal sense of betrayal by the party and has taken jabs at the Dems. What will Joe do, whether or not he's reelected? Will he become a permanent fixture on Fox News, the Democrat turned Independent who berates his party for not being more like him? That's Joementum we don't need.
