What a sad and sorry state of affairs.

Talk about going round in circles, when I read this, it immediately came to mind, the U.S. is now in exactly the same position it was in when they finally realised Theu was no longer going to abide by their wishes in Vietnam.

History tells us what happened to him as a direct result, and I wonder whether history will repeat it'self for Maliki.

The majority of people in power in the Whitehouse are old enough to clearly remember the events in Vietnam, though sad to say, it's also very clear indeed, they learnt absolutely nothing from those lessons.

I too found this article very interesting, but sad, that some right wingers could only see political mileage therein and critisize it.

There is sufficient evidance around the Globe, to tell us there has been advanced life here before us, in fact this evidance also reveals the intriguing possability of Nuclear war and missiles as well as air craft. We have the legend of Atlantis and India has so much atrifact material covering this subject, it'd take a lifetime's study to wade thru it, the only impediment to prevent a proper unbiased study of such artifacts is the biggoted belief we seem to maintain in our religious beliefs, which if accepted seem ti neautralise the artifacts despite their physical reality.

Call me cynical/loopy/conspiracy theorist or whatever is your favourite derogatory name for this month, but it won't change diddly, and that is my beleif that there has been someone before us, and that mankind is deadly virus to the earth, which must be eliminated for the earth to survive.

We can create the most deadly weapons ever devised, not to create/and or improve our lives/living standards/provide enough food/shelter for all, but to murder thousands at a time to further our own selfish greedy desires, we rape and pillage our own and the earths abundant resources, destroying them, and probably ourselves at the same time.

Is that RATIONAL behaviour ? Hardly. It's some releif to me, to see that there are a small amount of humans becoming aware of what we are doing to our World, but such small numbers are insufficient to halt/change or even reverse what we have set in motion, make no mistake about it, if we do not reverse our behaviour, this book may well be a foreteller of the very near future.

Good on yer Brian, yer right on the money.

And fancy askin the military whether they'd like to leave Irak, DUH, bit like askin Dracula to leave the blood bank isn't it ?

After all, isn't WAR these guys bread and butter, doesn't it promise them promotion to the heights and a nice big fat pay rise as well ?

Why would any of them with draw from Irak when these possibilities are starin em in the face ?

Now go ask the Grunt on the ground, who has bugger all chances of promotion or pay rises worth talkin about, I suspect these people have already made their views loud and clear, and the way I understand it, stayin there is not an option for them.

DUH, this is supposed to be an "exclusive" ? Are you guys for real ?

Outside America, and within the U.S. even, thousands of people already knew this, why do you think the MAJORITY of the World was against the ILLEGAL invasion in the first place ?

Colin Powell and CONDOSLEEZA, (whilst she was visiting India)are both on record via the MSM World wide, actually stating this FACT well before the Iraqi invasion, course Sept 11 hadn't happened then, so I guess eveybody conveiniently forgot those releases.

However, we then had TIMES article on Saddams son in law defecting and being debriefed by the CIA, during this debreifing he categorically made very clear, there were no WMD left in Iraq as his main job was to ensure the destruction of same.

Go back through TIME's archives, that is if they have'nt been cleansed, then you may have check out a foriegn countries archives, you'll see for yourself.

    Exclusive, my eye.
