if all they have on "alleged terrorists" is their "coereced confessions" then they've got bupkis and should be released. If they've got other evidence that tends to prove they're an actual imminent threat or have commited some crime other than a "thought" crime then a conviction in a court of law could be obtained. There is no "other" morally justifiable system or administratively workable one that will yield some semblance of justice. Ours took more than 900 years to build and is perfectly capable of dealing with those currently being detained. GG knows it, every lawyer in America knows it, and Obama knows it. The powerful will never ever allow that because to do so is to prove that what already happened (rendition, torture, illegal detention) was and is illegal.
