One doesn't have to be a rocket scientist to understand why the Cubans in most part want a continued hatred path to Cuba. First many of those cubans living in South Florida aren't really wanted especially by the people living in Hileah. I had a former great teacher that used to live there and she often told me Cubans were moving in, crime was increasing to the point she had to put bars on the window which is common there. Many Cubans who left cuba were corrupt to the core, stole money etc.

Course because of of Castro who is hated tremendously by the US Govt because he won't cave in as he confiscated much of US property as he nationalized Cuba, and then the invasion into Cuba was costly to the US Govt. I believe there is an agreement whereby the US pays $1000.00 a year lease on GITMO and Castro doesn't even cash the check.

I respect Castro as Doctors who graduate in Cuba are sent around the world to help in the third world countries. Additionally, there is an opportunity for American students to attend Medical School in Cuba at no cost! I happened to have met a couple Cuban doctors while I was in Zimbabwe and they get a meager stipend and are doing a great job even living out in the Bush.

With the imposed sanctions on Cuba hatred continues to grow against the US Govt by many Latin American Countries.

Our policy is if we like you we turn our cheek the other way! If we don't we're out to destroy you!!

I believe Obama will be hurt however, I believe this will change once all the information is brought out against Clinton and McCain who also were involved with shady characters.

What is not often mentioned about Jeremiah is the fact he served in the United States Marine Corp and subsequently served in the US Navy. I believe this should be brought out in mainstream America.

Another point I'd like to bring out. There is a law in Israel that forbids renting houses to Arabs. Why is it that our politicians in Washington keep giving aid to Israel and also grant form $1400.00 for every individual living in Israel which includes Arab Israelis? Incidentally that money is not shared one bit with the Arab Israelis. Now, I consider that our own country is violating Humanetarian Rights and yet give gives support Israel. Maybe this should also include McCain as he is in Israel along with Libermann praising the Israeli government and people.

In my opinion we should not be mixing politics with sports. Let the Olympics begin! I'm also a donee to our olympic players and it would be disheartening to them if they were denied to go to China and come out winners!

Let's be honest McCain and Libermann are both in Israel praising the leader and its people in order to gain support in favor of McCain. The Jewish voting communities in Michigan and Florida are quite strong and they know if MCCain get elected as President, Israel will have smooth sailing. While in Israel, McCain said it would be great if Jerusalem became the Capitol of Israel. You couldn't get more of a standing ovation than that! Also, much of our media mainstream are owned and operated by the Jewish community and many are in strong favor of supporting McCain and depressing both Hillary and mainly Obama. The reason I mention Obama is the fact when he won in Iowa, Israeli people became leary of Obama mainly because he was black and many believed he was also a Muslim.

I don't believe she was talking only about the white race. I have been to many places and have observed the same situation. I don't see anything offensive about her remarks but her remarks should encourage others to maintain close relations not only with only their own ethnicity but others also when possible.

During my time in the military service, we had the tendency to hang around with a certain group of people while off duty and socializing. These weren't normally the same people we worked with side by side. I can see some changes are being made today particularly among the younger generation and that is a great sign of coming together.

Hey great hearing Franko and Jerome are supporting Obama. When there is talk about racism, there is plenty of it right here in America. Why are we in Iraq and the foul names people are called! How often does one hear mentioning "Ragheads". Someone claimed about Wright speaking about Israel! Why should Israel get a pass when it is one of the most racist countries in the world and they tend to get strong support by Hillary, McCain and of course Liberman! A Palestinian married to an Israeli woman can't even ride in the same taxi.

In my opinion, I believe Obama can not only bring the people together in this country but also around the world. He is willing to sit down and talk with leaders of sovereign nations and that's more than Hillary wants to do.

Also Hillary said Wright wouldn't be her pastor after his remarks. I can't blame her for making the statement after all the money being donated to her by AIPAC. Additionally, wasn't there a pic of Pres Clinton shaking hands with Wright. Wright did serve in the USMC and NAvy.
