...is 42. Now that we've gotten that out of the way...I was raised Unitarian, which I believe is the last step before atheism. Lucky me, to have the parents I had. What you need is a good dose of Atheistic Wonderment. Nobody does it better than Richard Dawkins. Go to Youtube and watch a few minutes of just about anything you find by him. Try Douglas Adams for a little lighter fare. Nice to read all these letters; what a wonderful group of people.
All the best...
...I think this says it all...

...I appreciate a good laugh. Yeah, a therapist has as clear a view of the world as a Neocon. Chris Rock said it best when asked if gays should be allowed to get married: "Sure," he said,"they have a right to be miserable just like everybody else." If you're wired to be married, be married. If you're wired to be single, be single. To do otherwise invites misery...
A Single Guy
...think she'll wear the head scarf in court? Think the jury would notice? Think she'd win her case? hmmmmmmm
...let's see, a guy takes some ants back to their home. Pretty neat. This is pretty neat too:

...a little heavy for Monday, I know, but this should illustrate the difference in "poetry" between reality and religion....
One more for good measure:

...if what you say is true, how much longer till Ross takes too much Tylenol...
....don't worry about Ross's future, he'll soon be "FOX news' newest coup: we stole Brian Ross from ABC, just like we got Brit Hume, two of the most respected journalists covering Washington....", and with a raise to boot....
...is throw a few sheckels toward your very own PAC. I'm in....THANKS!! Glenn, for everything....
...I've got MSM fatigue. Is he black enough, no flag in his lapel, no experience....The good news is, he's in Hawaii doing the family values thing with his Gran. Hopefully, Maccain will have enough rope to finally hang himself....
...they might get a bounce, might not, might lose points. I think the Dems are laying low hoping for freindly fire casualties. So far, I think it's working for a per cent or two of the independents. Lot's of women put off by Palin. But I agree; you can't take any crap; you've got to fight for it. We have to wait and see....but Obama/Biden better start hammering away tomorrow....
....give people a compelling reason to vote. The easist way, of course, is to go negative. But a positive, convincing message works also, it just takes more talent. We're a nation wanting to be moved emotionally. That's why Evangelicals are growing in number. It's a good show (I guess). Palin put on a good show. Obama and Biden put on a great show, just look at Biden's speech (and notice the crowd!) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=955Y3NJTRIE .
...I just can't be afraid of these two. They both remind me of Bush when thy speak...missed lines, lies, nonsensical phrases. Have to agree with Gary, though; most indies I talk to are put off by her. Independents tend to be the smartest, and most critical voters, with a good does of morons thown in for spice. Intrade, where you get to put your cash on the line, had the race even for about 15 minutes this morning, with Obama pulling away to a 7 point lead at the moment. Not to say that markets can't be manipulated, though.....I just think all the hoopla about her is to capture eyeballs. The next strategy is to have her bake cookies for Track as he goes off to Iraq; isn't she lovely?, not a bulldog at all...
....give em a little more rope...
these people would vote democrat anyway. I've heard many people say the vote for the man, but have never voted Democrat. Fox News wins. Good does not always triumph...Still, maybe we can outnumber them.
....facts don't matter, we're stupid. Just give her more rope, that's worked so far...

Much of the initial coverage about Fort Hood turned out to be wrong. Is there anything wrong with that?
The accountability imposed by another country for the CIA's kidnapping and torture reveals much about our own.
Fox News' morning show plays to type, talking about whether Muslims in the Army should face "special debriefings"
