Looking at these letters, and I was young person -- who would want to be a cop? No one in their right minds. Yet when I meet anti-cop folks in person, they are right up there with the NRA , right wing types, and I am usually silently thinking, I don't want to be alone with these people, and they probably have good reason to be afraid of cops.

That aside, I do hear about all the incidents were the police act inappropriately - and weigh it against, the nice officers who come to my house after my car is broken into or our neighborhood cops, I like these people. The articles you are discousing are not the norm, at least not yet ... but if we keep demonizing the police in these discousions, and recruiting ex-military to be cops, this is going to get worse.

Instead of complaining about this, declaring everyone is sheep, and that it will only get worse, what are your solutions? Require more than a HS degree? Require the police training to be different? Note that if cops are killed, and people cheer it - no one sane is going to want the job?

Deciding that Tasers don't belong in the policemans tool kit, because it is not working to reduce lethal force deaths, but might be increasing them? What rational steps can be used to change things?

And as for most of the complainers, your police force probably has a citizens review board that reviews all lethal events - and there is nothing stopping you from getting off your ass and joining the board and having a say in policies. You are not helpless, the police in your community work for you, but ranting on message boards doesn't change anything.

You can do something at the local level, on your city council meetings, and the police boards -- you can advocate at your local level to not use tasers -- this is a decision every city/county can make for themselves.. you the citizen can do something about it.

Different builds have have advantages - I was also way more than a C cup, and curvy, those hips and breast can hind alot of weight no one is going to criticize -- but if you are the same height and weight and small breast, and no hips, it is all in the belly, yes -- you'd be bigger.

Let me guess, you treat your parents rudely, and have never been called on it, and are having a hard time behaving among the grownups.

Your first job is not interesting/a challenge/what you imagined yourself doing - but the economy sucks and your are afraid to leave?

Learn to be polite, it is a learned ability, it gets harder to acquire as you get older, your parents failed you there - (Only child?)

And take a risk - some risk - new job, volunteering, start a business at home overlapping work -- you don't sound like you are married yet, no kids -- this is the time to take risk. You can settle down to the well paying office job, once you get this out of your system and learn people skills-- and who knows, whatever you try might work, or teach you that you can tolerate risk, and failure, and try again.

You are not emotionally mature enough for a normal job, except the pay cut and do something that has meaning to you while you are young --- the maturity and people skills will come to you, if you find meaning it what you decide to do, don't just work to pay the bills.

How many trolls on this blog, talk about women avoiding them - and how resentful they are that these women avoid them for actions other men have done to them, or how paranoid people are if they see their kids with a guy. And yes everyone says they are paranoid and they should chill out , until another case like this happens.

Sorry this guy was just like the trolls on this site, and if you meet them in person you would avoid them, but some women are to polite and can't say no (I need a ride) and they will be the victims, sorry but rude women, are not going to be victims of people like this.. there is a great deal of value to a woman NOT to be nice, and assume people are nice. But everyone hates it when women are bitchy and rude -- but bitchy and rude women are not going to let social paths talk them into situations that get them raped/killed.

Now what to do about strangers that grab girls and pull them into a car? I don't know other than yelling at my teenager not to use her ipod when on the street and to pay attention - oh great another attempted grab of 13 year old in the city, this is on the news all the time... the perverts seem to like 11-13 for the car grab crap.
