Who wants to bet the journalist only interviewed the business/journalist majors? Which as a whole are male/female is a career choice where social skills are more important then the latest business fad.

Now in the all Engineering dorm where I lived there were 0% slackers, because it was only people with hard science majors(biology, chemistry, physics or an engineering major) could live. The ratio was 4 to 1 in favor of the guys (actually in my favor - being female) in many of my classes, I would be the only female.

Slackers are in slacker majors - where social skills are more important than anything - lets be honest, but B's and partying will not solve a math problem. But personality will let you get through with out much work in a public speaking class. Bet that is were all the guys their interviewed where. But no organic chemistry majors - guys were interviewed - talk about a major where you can't have a life. But then do you want a chemist who knows what he is doing, or can charm you and sell you anything?

Now true freshman year, alot (ok a majority) of the guys didn't keep their rooms livable, or knew how to laundry - but they learn, or they get girlfriends - doesn't impact the grades much either way. As for sleeping in, if that is a need, they'd fight like hell to schedule their classes all in the afternoon if possible - or suffer through a term with an early class, usually asking class mates in the door to come abuse them in the morning to help them up. Duh

As for pay difference - does your sales person/business/journalist major male/female make more than the science/engineering major? Rarely, and since there is still way more guys in these majors, there probably a real salary difference. But I make as much as the guys and I've taken time off for two kids, but my speciality is so rare, and people so hard to find, my company goes out of its way to take care of me - business majors are a dime a dozen.

He should go show his wife's letter to enlightened man's wife. Odds are enlightened man will stop sniffing around his wife. Or if they are already cheating and he just doesn't know it - the other wife might and let him in on the secret.

Stupid games rarely survive the light of day, I've never approved of keeping secrets. They have put the burden on this guy, while they are the guilty party, so give them back the burden by letting more people know about their behavior. Hey, how does his mother in-law feel about her daughter's behavior?

Besides if it is a secret, he can't use it in the divorce procedings, and is screwed. If the whole world knows, it will be in his favor incase of a final melt down, keeping the sins of others secret, is not respecting their privacy, but making yourself a sucker, and future bad guy. This guy's wife is great with words, and will wrap him in them, unless he exposes her actions to the world - he'll end up looking like the bad guy.

Are you saying the two of you didn't talk about kids before the marriage? Or about the fact that a women on her meds can't have kids, until she is off the meds? Wouldn't that fact be a red flag to a guy with half a brain that she isn't having kids soon?

So a guy who didn't talk about kids before the wedding, in the first year of marriage, knocks his wife up, who is on meds that you should never get pregnant on in the first place, and now he is obsessed with how her pragnancy ended.

I don't think she is the only one who should be on meds.

There is something wrong with this guy.

It just proves the antiabortion stand is just anti-woman - those evil sexual women. Because if you remove that egg and mix it with sperm, and it starts to divide creating those great stem cells - with out the benefit of sex , its ok to destroy - but not if its inside of a sinning woman.

Personally I am pro-choice , but the anti-choice folks can't have it both ways, they can't be anti-abortion and anti-birth control, but pro stem cell research. Yet a surprising number of these ageing, illness ridden anti-abortion folks are all for stem cell research, because they see the benefits to themselves. Hypocrites
