Lying

To your daughter and your husband is not acceptable. Pretending you "thought" one was the father, when there was other(s) that could very well been the father is pure BS. And what about the other guy ? He has no right to know he may have a child ? This is classic misandry.

This is why there should be required DNA testing at birth.

This is not about the LW's sex life. Get a clue.

Feminist Propaganda

"serial monogamy is by no means a man’s game, finessed by him and foisted on her."

What kind of a vacuum would you have to live in to believe this ? Classic broadsheet...start with a false premise and go about disproving it. Bravo !

Jezebel et al

It is sad that most feminist sites cannot take any kind of scrutiny. Of course, when you are a special interest group that can not articulate and defend your positions....you get censorship instead.

Liberals Cant Lead

It's becoming more obvious to me by the day, the liberals have no capacity to lead and govern. Since Obama has taken over, the liberal blogsphere has shown exactly how partisan they are, by demonizing their own side and the other side at every turn. Go read Joan's updates for a primer. Governing takes a majority and liberals don't understand how to maintain a majority, they just point a gun at anyone who doesnt agree with their superior intellect (and I am not talking about Obama). I have never been so ready to vote republican in my life, ever since Obama took over and the Joan Walsh's of the world started telling us all how to think (and as a white male, that I'm a dumb crazy racist). How is it you can alienate someone so completely....who actually agrees with most of your policy strategies ?

Yes to Mini

Please don't forget to dutifully chastise all men who dare to look at you and your legs that have been spotlighted. Pigs.

Brick by Brick

The facade of feminist propaganda is dismantled. Women staying home as part of patriarchal oppression...ehh not so much. Pay discrimination....refuted. Women work more hours...debunked. What sacred cows are left ? I guess we can have another article about Rihanna and her abusive nature...errr how she was abused.

My Interpretation

Obama wants reconciliation but cannot communicate that. So the house brings a bill with the public option, the senate does a bill without one, and reconciliation puts it back in. Hope springs eternal.

Broadsheet Racism

I'm sure this would be perfectly fine is Kanye was just white. What is it with Broadsheet and all the middle class white women racists ?

@Constance

It might interest you to know that Caster's alleged world record time was actually approximately 10 seconds slower than the current high school boys record for the 800 meters. It's not about Caster's abilities, it's about fairness.

Common Sense

Yes there is racism at the fringes, however anyone who is old enough to have lived through the Clinton presidency knows there is no level that the Republican base will not stoop to in order to humiliate and disrespect a Democratic president. The bigger problem I have is why the left continues to demonize whites, especially white men. Joan and her team of white middle class female writers with part time jobs have continued to castigate white males on every subject under the sun. The biggest problem with the Democratic party today is the acceptance of misandry. Apparently Dems are no more capable of separating fringe elements of the Republican party with those who share their democraphics, than the Republicans are capable of separating isolated incidents from national trends.

Feminists

Are mostly dysfunctional females, many divorced and alienated from their families.

We

Whose we ? I don't love her. She is gorgeous, though. She is actually living the feminist template....career first...lose the guy....lose the kids.....but everything is just great ! See how happy I am ?

Let's be clear, she didn't put her career over kids....she made her choices more important than her husbands....that's why her marriage failed.

The Word is Misandry

This is one of the trigger points why feminists have no credibility....they cannot accept the fact that false rape charges are a problem and happen all the time....and there is NO accountability. I am taking bets right now that this women will not be charged with a crime. Every day this happens....and yet the woman's name is protected while the men's names are all released. If you want to bring men to the table to discuss the problem of rape....you better be prepared to discuss the problem of false rape accusations (ie buyers remorse).

Pelosi was Genuine

I didn't think her tears went too far...to be honest, I couldnt tell she had teared, but I thought she looked genuinely emotional and it made me feel bad for her and our country. It was a heartfelt moment and it came across that way, even watching it on hardball.

As far as Obama's legacy...I think it's a bit early to start writing that....with 7 years to go and plenty of good things ahead of him... I still feel hopeful.

@tinwoman

You pulled that 3% number out of your ass....or your womens studies book. If you want to go to a neutral source...the number is more like 25% for false rape accusations.

Friday, September 18, 2009 07:16 AM

@asehpe

I see your back with your diluted logic and poor reading comprehension skills. Maybe you could point me to an article where someone in the feminist echo chamber has stated that false rape charges are a problem.... or please point me to a passage in this post that "mentions my viewpoint favorably". Truth is your either full of crap or incapable of understanding an opposing viewpoint....as always.

@tinhead

My neutral source is Barry Scheck's Innocence project whose results match with data from the Dept. of Justice and the FBI.
