Glossed Over

I think the most interesting part of this post, which TCF completely ignores, is the consistent willingness of women to lie about what they felt/experienced. I can certainly draw this back to personal experiences...women are fundamentally more dishonest, and don't seem to have any moral struggle with this. OK all you radical feminists, let's all say it together, "the culture makes us lie !"

@Asehpe

The dishonesty i am referencing is women over reported their reaction to heterosex and under reported their reaction to monkey sex....ie their rating (subjective) response did not match blood flow (objective). They did not accurately report what the biological reaction was....consistently.

Female Obesity

May I be the first to open the door to the societal problem of female obesity ? No wonder women want free healthcare, they need it more. I suppose we will hear the it's the patriarchy ! This certainly helps me to understand why women spend more money on healthcare, even when removing for pregnancy costs.

Wake Up

This is not unique to the wall street gold diggers...I can assure you the women in the upscale Atlanta suburbs have the same attitudes and behaviors. I suspect this is true throughout the country in upscale suburbia. Denial is not just a river in Egypt.

Feminist Differences

The main difference between these women and feminists is that feminists want the government to be their sugar daddy.

F&*^ Like A Man ?

Not. This is about financing a lifestyle, it's not about sex.

Clueless

After all the feigned outrage is over, the simple question is, Why would lesbian students attend a school that teaches homosexuality is a sin ? More PC propaganda from those most clueless.

Lot's of Hot Air

Incredible amount of gas blowing through here...

1) People don't always go to religious school for moral instruction. My parents sent all the kids because the quality of education received was far and away better than public education....ie for the math, science, reading, writing.....

2) I ended up an atheist...so is my dad....of course the women in my family,who all went to private catholic school, are shall we say "more spiritual".

3) Parents who send children to a christian school are quite aware of the rules and agree to abide by them. That includes morality rules which are always ambiguous.

4) Tolerance is a two way street. Sorry LGT and atheist thugs. This is the problem with the left wing...they are just as scary an intolerant as the right wing.

I dont agree with the fundies positions...I do agree they have a right to them

For Those That Didn't Bother To Read the Link !

"According to the principal, who called each girl out of class separately, both admitted they had hugged and kissed each other and told other students they were lesbians."

Flip Side of the Same Card

Joan, you are a great counterpoint to Dick Armey. The reality is, you are just as fringe as he is.

"The thing is, for guys of Armey's generation, once you've rigged the world so that women and non-white people can't compete with you on equal terms, life is easy: You're always up against a bunch of white guys you've grown up with, and you know how to win"

I cant describe how offensive this statement is to me, a white male democrat.

@confucious

I would be interested in you explaining how "it's MEN and the social mores they've enforced over the years" is implemented.

Let's Be Clear

This pornification of pregnancy is a decidedly female sport. So although you may say everyone is watching.....let's be clear it's not everyone....it's the sisterhood.

Pretty Funny

I thought you looked totally flustered when Dick hit you with the inappropriate comment. You gained your composure, but initially, flustered is exactly how I would describe you.

@Asehpe

Kind of surprised I have to explain this to you. This doesn't imply, it categorically states that as a white male, women and non-whites cannot compete with me based on the rules set up by guys like Armey. I completely reject this as victimhood feminism. I work in an environment where I have written objectives tied to my compensation that incent me to not hire white males. I have worked in multiple corporations where quota's are actively enforced for non-whites and women. I live in a country where women are significantly over represented in higher education. I just believe Joan's thinking represents a Democratic special interest group.

Talk About Clueless

Obama did not win the election because of his superior idea's or his progressive thinking. He won because the other party was so awful. You all oughta think that through before partying too hard. Ramming a liberal agenda through congress will almost certainly cost democrats the presidency in 2012 and lots of seats in congress. I am a lifelong democrat who is already wondering if I voted the right way. Giveaways to special interest groups is what I thought we were getting rid of, not just changing who receives. And what about all these clowns in the cabinet that don't pay their taxes ? The Obama on the campaign trail would have said they are not eligible.

@pollister

Your too clever for your own good. It's called being a moderate Democrat. It might suprise you to know that there are people that vote Democratic that are actually pro-choice and pro-family...although you would never know it around here. Whether you like it or not, I have voted Democratic my whole adult life (except one presidential election) and the left wing is just as scary to me as the right wing.

Betrayus

I had the same feelings about seeing Betrayus flipping a coin, and then my wife said "All the guys overseas are watching the game, so it gives them something to be proud about"....OK
