  • Choose one ?

[Read the article: Choose one: Sex or respect]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

It's not a question of sex or respect. As always, there is a middle ground. Casual sex is not going to win a lot of respect from the opposite sex...at least for me. I always thought if a woman had casual sex, she most likely would not adjust to monogamy well. On the other hand, having no virgin fetishes, I don't think you do any favors for yourself by remaining abstinent. Like I tell my teenage son, sex is for two people who love each other...call me old fashioned.

  • If...

[Read the article: Why Hillary Clinton should be winning]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

In a winner-take-all primary, Obama would have run a much different campaign. And still come out ahead in the popular vote, and still come out in front in delegates. Crawl back to your hole Mr. Wilentz.

  • Demand Change at Salon

[Read the article: Thank you, Rush Limbaugh!]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Joan's writing is mere propaganda for Hillary much like Fox is a propaganda outlet for Republicans and Broadsheet is a propaganda outlet for feminism. Lots of truthiness. Salon is a shell of what it once was and the better approach might be to take complaints to CEO Chris Neimeth about the editorial input rather than to rail at Joan. The financial performance and stock price of the Salon media group would suggest that Salon would benefit from a more moderate liberal tone rather than the far left hysterics that seem to emanate from the editors.

  • Get Real Ladies

[Read the article: Quote of the day: It's a gynocracy!]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Show me a woman who has never used sex to manipulate a man and I'll show you a woman who has zero sexual power....or is a liar. Let's not confuse misogyny with reality.

  • Are You Single Again ?

[Read the article: Hey, Obama boys: Back off already!]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

I had really noticed a difference in Rebecca's misandry after she confessed to having a date for Valentine's day. After reading this, I wonder if the bloom is off the rose ? It's funny how direct quotes she uses from women in the article ( Michelle Goldberg ) are reasonable when expressed by a woman, but sexist when expressed by a man. I guess you can find sexism and "privileged white male" fear anywhere, if that's what your looking for.

Good point. I do have the same kind of strong negative reactions to other politicians that I have to Hillary. Usually their republicans though,....Newtie, Lott, Cheney. I think my trigger is a lack of honesty.

"Whoa there! Can Obama really believe what he's saying, or is he just pretending to believe in God to be electable? If it's the former, he's not as bright as we thought"

Bright as who thought ?....speak for yourself. Just because someone believes in God and wants to do the lords work....that makes him not bright ? As an avowed secularist, I would never question someones intelligence because of their belief in God. This is the kind of narrow minded thinking that gives us liberals a bad name.

[Read the article: Did the "bitter" flap affect the race?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

I really expected to see Hillary get a bump from the "bitter" flap. After seeing and hearing Hillary's reaction (speeches, commercials), it's clear she will negate the gains. Republican style demagoguing does not work for most democrats. In the end, this ruckus may end up hurting her.

  • BitterGate ? Bitter Women

[Read the article: Don't blame San Francisco for Obama's "Bittergate"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Once again the latest Pa and national polls show Hillary and Joan to be tone deaf.

  • Joan's Stumble

[Read the article: Will Obama's debate stumble hurt him?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Very telling that the only place I have heard about Obama's stumble is from Joan (and Hillary of course). The reality is, the more people see Obama and Hillary on stage together, the better Obama does. This debate didn't seem any different. I can't wait until John McCain has to share a stage with Barack, the visual impact of their age differences alone will be stunning.

[Read the article: Attention, pundits. It ain't over]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

It is over. It's been over. Over 2 months now. Since Hillary got pummeled along the Potomac this race has been over. The sad thing is the more noise you make about it now, ...well more feigned outrage later. Do the math girls. The only thing keeping Hillary in the race is a hope that Barack will get arrested in an airport bathroom or something like that....that's what y'all are holding out for. Sad.

[Read the article: Attention, pundits. It ain't over]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

It's over because Hillary can't overcome the elected delegate gap. It's over because Hillary can't overcome the popular vote gap. It's over because she has no money. I don't think anyone is saying it is a unanimous decision. But the reality is Hillary can not win the nomination without convincing super delegates to overrule the will of the people. Yes this is possible. No it won't happen because the Democratic party would seize to exist for years if the super delegates chose the candidate with less elected delegates and fewer popular votes. Hillary can win Pa by 12 points and it still won't matter. Do the math.

[Read the article: Attention, pundits. It ain't over]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Here's a very simple answer. Demographics. Old people vote for Hillary. Women vote for Hillary. She is the establishment candidate. The establishment is entrenched in large swing states. Obama is the insurgent. It's really not that complex.

I am not sure I even understand your point. If Hillary wins big states and loses the popular vote and elected delegates, she deserves to win ? Sorry your in the minority...err your a Hillary supporter.

  • HRC in 2012

[Read the article: Attention, pundits. It ain't over]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Really the only explanation for Hillary still being in the race is to take down Obama in the general election. She wants Obama to lose to keep her presidential aspirations alive for 2012. If Obama becomes president Hillary can never be president. If McCain beats Obama, Hillary can run again in 2012, sadly it's the only explanation that makes sense for her.

  • Gynocracy at work

[Read the article: Strangers on a train ... under arrest?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

It's very clear that many laws are written for the comfort of women. Look at the sexual harrassment laws....outside of quid pro quo, the laws were written for female comfort.

  • No Joint Ticket

[Read the article: Hillary Clinton's bionic quest continues]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

If you haven't caught the drift yet, Obama supporters are outraged at Hillary's campaign. Her GOP style swift boating, personal attacks, and general disrespect. If you think Obama would ask Hillary to be on the ticket against the wishes of all of his supporters, you are clearly mistaken. Obama WILL win the nomination and WILL get the support of working class men. The only question is if working class white woman can forgive him for defeating a woman.
