The premise that sex between consenting adults is a betrayal of trust is the issue here. Lots of people simply don't believe that it is in most circumstances, or at least they disagree over when the "position of power" in question makes it impossible to give real consent. This is exactly what so many ideological feminists fiercely resist, because once you establish that there are 2 widespread and meaningfully DIFFERENT BIOLOGICALLY BASED patterns which vary significantly by gender in their distrubtion you make it much harder to sell the idea that the emotional responses of ONE gender are always or nearly always the total or nearly total truth.
