So the quicker that effective sequestration can be widely used to deal with whatever fossil fuel use is inevitable, the better.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]but no one can take a principled stand against theocracy and be taken seriously, whether we are talking about the theocratic aspirations of traditionally powerful groups in the US or the theocratic aspirations of "third world victims of western imperialism". To be SELECTIVELY for OR SELECTIVELY against any theocracy actively acts to strengthen the hands of ALL aspiriing theocrats and undermines the effort to make it clear that ALL RELIGIOUS GOVERNMENT IS BY DEFINITION AND IN FACT INHERENTLY TYRANNICAL because you are using the police power of the state to force people to follow a particular religion of pay a penalty in some form for not doing so. EVERYONE has a fundamental right to their religious opinions or "non opinions" without interference in any form by any social entity empowered to compel.

Really, do you see how obvious you are? Actually you probably do and know that it doesn't matter because the issue is not the quality of the idea but whether or not there is enough power behind it to bludgeon everyone into accepting it even, maybe in fact especially, when it is obviously stupid. Clearly the idea that "men are ok, WHEN they are like women in every way that matters" is one of those obviously stupid but obviously powerful ideas.

Men don't need women for anything other than sex and relationships, women don't actually DO anything for men, they are a huge cost in fact. Men don't care though. Women are worth it. No one can honestly claim that it is clear that the overwhelming majority of women feel the same about men.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]This is another truth that women have a VERY hard time with: men and women are different in ways that have SIGNIFICANT effects on how things go and how people relate AND AT THE SAME TIME IT IS TRUE that men are NOT inferior. It is almost impossible for most women, when they and all their female friends feel that something important is a certain way, to accept that a point of view that differs from theirs can be as legitimate as their own. There's also not much incentive for honesty because honesty will reveal that there is no solution; you are stuck between forcing someone to do things your way or not getting your own way. This is a choice that people often PREFER to be unconscious of.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]It has EVERYTHING to do with gender as the following situation makes clear: If a man and woman both work equal amounts and the MAN is the one who is picky about the house being clean and orderly and the WOMAN doesn't care if it is a mess the WOMAN in a situation like this has NO PROBLEM saying to the man "if it matters to you you deal with it". Why is it different when the genders are reversed?
