Original article: Hillary without tears

Love Ya Pags

I don't know what's better Camille, reading your stuff or the whiny adolescent responses that it generates. With all this bitter, venomous drivel, you know you've hit a bullseye. If we want more than just to fill seats in congress or have one of our guys sleep in the White House, I think we have to expect a little more from our leaders.

We've seen what nonentities have given us in the House and Senate(Hurray we're the majority!!!). Do we want this in a President? If your answer is yes, well then Hillary is your candidate.Nancy,Harry and Hillary, now there's a real Mount Rushmore.

Keep up the good work Camille,I don't agree with everything you say but I love how you say it and I admire your courage.I'm a big tent guy where you can have varying opinions under the big D. And you don't have to go for someone's jugular when they offer an opinion that differs from yours by more than one percent.

Move Over Mama

The angry Clinton haters in the press core over the last 15 years? OK, I'll play along with this week's journalistic fantasy.OK, maybe I won't. Are you nuts? 15 years? Why not try 15 minutes. The vicious attacks on Hillary are real and have achieved a new all time low but come on,this is a recent phenomenon (for a democrat). We're not talking about talk radio, we're talking about journalists, commentators and pundits.

These Mattthews,Olbermanns,NBC,CNN and MSNBC types have carried Hillary's water for as long as I can remember. The newer, flashier more exciting model hits the showroom and Hillary is toast. This almost instantaneous hate leads one to believe that the former infatuation was more partisan generated than genuine (ya think?).

While this whole episode has been somewhat unsettling(I'm being kind) to observe,I think it has had an overall positive affect. Now the right and the left can come together in agreement that the mainstream media is now officially (let's tie a ribbon around it) a JOKE. Besides,a few days have gone by and if you watch or read any of these punks(I'm not being kind) it never happened. You can't make this stuff up.Watch out Mr. Obama.

Me Thinks Thou...

The heights of hyperbole may have been reached with the comments to Mr. Shapiro's article (Mr. Shapiro gave you screamers a good head start). Get a grip folks.Talk about mind numbed robots. Can we get at least ONE original idea out of any of you rabid Bush (or fill in any republican here)haters.Your fearless leaders spit it out and you regurgitate it, albeit less articulately.

The sad part is, they're playing a game and know it's nonsense. You grumpy, hyper, pugnacious scribblers actually believe what's coming out of your mouths. How sad. I almost half hope Hillary or Obama win just to see the reaction when they don't do what they are promising. I'm afraid it will be the same as the glorious 110th Congress. Oh, I know it was those "wascally wepublicans". They wouldn't let us do what we wanted to do.Yeah right.

Get over this ridiculous hate stuff. It's beyond childish. People have different views, get it? I don't want Sen.Clinton or Sen. Obama but I don't have to demonize them.I don't like their ideas, period.

Get a Clue !!

Chris Wallace works for Fox News, but unless you've been living under a rock, you have to know he's no republican. It was obvious to everyone else that the question was structured in an attempt to get the president to say something stupid.Could it have been a more leading question? This was one of his more over the top setups. So over the top even you should have gotten it.

Geraldiah Wrong

We've all been educated this week by the Obama crowd on guilt by association. It appears that the greater the association the lesser the guilt. Bad news for Hillary.Gee Sen. Clinton,if only you had a closer personal relationship with Geraldine Ferraro for let's say the last twenty years, you'd be in the clear. And Geraldine was a tad too mild. A few more obscene sexual references, some vile anti-American rants and a whole lot more rabid hate speech and your troubles would be over.

It's a brand new world out there Hillary. You just have to get in touch with all this "change" and "hope" stuff. I know it looks a whole lot like the same old sleazy politics we know and love, but you can get it. Yes you can !

The Bubble Has Burst

We all learned something the last few weeks folks. There is no Mr. Wonderful who walks on water, or Ms.Wonderful for that matter. The problem with Sen. Obama is this flawed strategy of casting him as a savior. When you set the bar that high, you only have one way to go.If people perceive you as the second coming, even minor indiscretions appear major.

The other major flaw was the endless boasting about "judgment". How's that working out? The Rev. Wright business is not minor, not in a general election. This will destroy Sen. Obama with independents and cross-overs.The Rezko affair in and of itself isn't a huge deal but it was fatal character-wise.Remember, The senator is not selling experience, he's selling change, character ,judgment and the nebulous "hope". This is a very hard sale now.

Obama might win the nomination, but as for the general election, put a fork in it.For better or worse, Hillary is the only one with a chance to beat McCain.
