It is going to be a unified party

Whether it is Hillary or Obama that hall in Denver is going to he exciting. People of all diverse backgrounds are going to come together to sweep the GOP out the door. They might be little mad now but nothing is going to make Democratic voters madder and ready to vote for a Dem then the war in Iraq,the state of the economy,torture,education, wire-tapping,Katrina,bail out of rich corporations,outsourcing of jobs,the cost of health care, milk,gas,global warming,and the crumbling of infrasture.
McCain is in trouble.

Obama was right
To the people like evister,Texasgirl,KStone,jj, Shawn and Sol who keep trying to make some moral equivalence between the KKK and Rev. WRight and Farrahkan there is none. As hateful as you dream FarrahKhan and Wright to be they never advocated killing whites. What follower of Wright or Farrahkhan have you heard lynched a white person? What follower of those two men have you heard blow up a building and kill babies? What follower of those two men have you heard blew up a church? All those were done by angry bitter white boys. Tim McvVigh killed 168 people because he was upset with the American government. That is what I call un-American.
What Sol,Shawn, texas girl,KStone,jj and evister are really doing is transferring their own hate on to Obama. They are the haters. The fact of the matter is anyone with a brain knows Obama was right. People are bitter and fearful so they "Cling" to the things that bring them security. The GOP counts on and playes on the fears of stressed out Americans. They are going to take your guns away. God hates homosexuals and they are a threat to the sanctity of marriage (a threat to religious views) and the immigrants are taking all your jobs.
Blinded by fear, poor and middle class whites in the past 20 years have historically voted on issues like guns,immigration and for eight years the Bush administration robbed us blind.
Obama is saying don't vote your fears anymore but vote your pocket book and against the war. People like Shawn,trickgirl from texas and evil evister still want you to be fearful of the Angry black people.
Rev. Wright nor the weatherman got this country into an illigal war,screw up the economy,wire tap our phones,increased our debt to China, made Iran more powerful or bail out the rich corporations. So go ahead and hate the angry mean ol Rev. Wright if you want to but while your filled with hate the nice down home rich white boy you had the beer with for the last eight years just pickpocketed your dumb asses again.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]It is the old bait and switch game. There are these roaming Gypsis who were caught in some of the stores here in Kansas. The Gypsis would have one person talk to the clerk and distract the cashier while others would rob the store and the cash register.
The role of the media is to get the people distracted while the GOP robs the people. Now people like Sol are wrapped up in Rev. Wright,and being "bitter" that they will vote for a third term of Bush with McCain and get the future of their children and grandchildren stolen.
They would rather continue the incompetence of Bush and McCain then vote for a change. \

When Bush said "Is our children learning." His GOP supporters understood what he was trying to say. When Bush said Removing Saddam Hussein was the right decision early in my presidency, it is theright decision now, and it will be the right decision ever." The GOP understood what he meant. When Bush said ""Let me start off by saying that in 2000 I said, 'Vote for me. I'm an agent of change.' In 2004, I said, 'I'm not interested in change --I want to continue as president.' Every candidate has got to say 'change.' His supporters understood him. When Bush said, "That's what I can press when there needs to be pressed; I can hold hands when there needs to be -- hold hands." the American people expect." His supporters like Sol understood him.
But when Barack says makes a clear statement that people are bitter about their situation and are looking for change all of sudden people like Sol don't understand. LOL YOu kmow what he meant you just don't like the messenger.
