Lauer meet Coulter

Part of the problem with this interview is that it was conducted by Matt Lauer, a lightweight psuedo journalist posing a an intellectual. Ann Coulter ran over him like a Mack truck over a squirell in the road. Would she have been so brazen and caustic with a Tim Russert, Charlie Rose or Dianne Rehm, or any tough, well informed interviewer? I doubt it. Her remarks were and continue to be unjust -- how is she qualified to judge the quality of some one else's grief? She's not, and Mr. Lauer should have considered that when he "interviewed her".

Not Jeb Bush

Mr. Keillor, As always you have a wonderful and creative essay. BUT, as a Floridian I must tell you that Jeb Bush was not a "decent governor" or a nice man. He's just as abrasive and full of hubris as George. Glad he's gone!!
