Lawyers, aren't they expensive? Let baby mamma find an attorney.
[Read the article: I let my friends stay with me and now they're evicting me!]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]So the way I see it is, a lawyer is the last resort not the first if you are broke it is better to go with the pre-arranged lease terms; so if there is a lease:
1. If you are the only one on the lease, pull out your copy, then tell them no, no I'm not moving. My name is on the lease, yours is not. Once I terminate the lease, we'll all have to move and you'll have to apply to live here and it's not a for sure thing that you'll get the apartment, so fuck you, I aint going nowhere. Then they'll have to choose to be forced to move in 30 days by the landlord, or they can start apartment hunting and find a place, since they have been the ones saving money right? Though if they move, do not let them move without you present, they will steal your stuff. They cannot kick you out. If they want to try, THEY have to get a lawyer.
2. If you and male roommate are both on the lease, well it's been shared long enough for it to be "our" apartment, not yours in which case he's just an asshole for giving you such short notice. So in this case, I would move(hopefully to find a better situation, one where I could live alone) but on your timeline or the leases timeline. Don't feel rushed to move before the baby comes, tell them it was their fault for not making this request months ago and you will take your damn sweet time finding a nice new place to live in because you will not, WILL NOT, make a sacrafice for them and get stuck with assholes or in some crack haven. They are having the baby, not you. Let THEM get a lawyer.
3. If all three of you are on the lease, then they could probably have rights to evict you. But make them do the work, tell them you will move on your own sweet time when you find the right place for you.
But basically, don't get a lawyer, stay put and make them deal with laywers and eviction notices(all the while saving as much money as you can and looking here and there for other situations) I bet they are such dips they would not be able to cope with lawyers and legal fees.
They want you out, make them do the work to get you out.
But if you don't have a lease or if you aren't the sole lessor, then it's probably less hassel, less cash out of pocket to get all legal ties to this place severed and you find a new place and chalk it up to life lesson learned, don't ever let people stay with you unless there are written rules of roommate conduct and don't give so much, I mean sleeping on the couch instead of your own room, when he can just as easily couch surf, just screams I'm a sucker, walk all over me and I take it with a shit eating grin all the while! So only contact a lawyer if there is no lease and you want to fight for the place. Otherwise, fuck em, let them earn what they want, don't just hand it to them.

Don't call it comeback
[Read the article: Finding the Britney Spears VMA video online]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Man, that sucked! I think Brit has always had a personal life that is a trainwreck, but at least she used to put on a good show.
I concur, she looked stoned. Her dancing was um, lame! Her lip synching wasn't believeable at all. It sort of seemed like she thought she could be really lame in her sparkly bikini and people would just swoon. Nope Brit, there is Rihanna now, there are the Pussycat Dolls, you gotta do more than look hot in a bikini to be a "superstar".
Maybe she should beg Justin to hook her up with Timberland.
As for where to find the video, thanks for not making me go to MTV.com! These companies will rail and scream at the internet just like they did at VCR's. Boo hoo, change is coming figure out how to change with it and earn that enormous salary as a CEO instead of just whining about how the staus quo must be maintained.

Women are not comfortable around non-powerful men, well at least romantically. But try seeing that plot play out on sex in the city.
[Read the article: Women are the new men on TV]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Actually, it was! It was Miranda the busy sucessful lawyer and Steve, the nice bartender. It took Miranda a long time to accept that the most Steve ever wanted was to run his own bar and to accept that it was okay for her to love Steve even when he's not a rich successful something career man.
As for the network TV thing, I was thinking about it and I rarely ever watch FOX, NBC, never CBS and once in a while ABC.
Pretty much everything else is on a cable network, like USA, TNT, AMC, Discovery, HBO, National Geographic, Comedy Central.
But hey, it's not possible that all of these shows will last a year.
