I love to see Bush, Cheney and the rest of the neocon cabal held accountable for their crimes, but let's be realistic. The very slim majority in the house and effective tie in the Senate makes a successful impeachment impossible. Most Republicans wouldn't vote articles of impeachment if Bush raped his own mother on the Whitehouse lawn. If they did get through the house, the bluedogs in the Senate will make sure they die there. Kucinich is accomplishing nothing by submitting articles of impeachment except providing the Republicans with an opportunity to look like they are still relevent.
So you support impeachment, but because the press doesn't you're just gonna roll over? If we can at least push congress to have actual hearings, do you really think that the Republicans will be able to defend the actions of Bush as all the evidence came rolling in cataloging EIGHT YEARS of their treasonous actions?
Congress' approval rating couldn't get any lower, and this is an election year so they know people are watching. Tell EVERYONE you know that we need to remind Congress that they're not elected to represent the press' opinion, but OURS.

I did it just now, it literally took less than one minute. All I did was say “I’m a voter in [rep name]’s district, and I very much want him/her to support Kucinich’s impeachment motion.”, then gave my address and hung up. Let me also just add that it felt AWESOME.
