LWM --- Now you've lost me

LWM: " ... Because I never claimed that, and I have no idea where you are going, but as I said before, you have no idea who is what or what is who. And A narco-capitalist is a drug dealer.

Anarcho-capitalist must be what you meant. I've had my fun for the morning. You carry on without me.

I see. You are so lost that the stray space between the "A" and the "narco" gave you opportunity to have a little fun and dodge the fact that you called me something that I am not.

To be clear. You knew from earlier posts that I self-identify as a libertarian of the Anarcho-capitalist type. You then called me a paleo-conservative (and dense) simply because you can not defend your love of big, powerful, coercive, brutal government.

LWM --- again with the name calling

LWM ... Reagan Democrats are primarily northerners...

... only in the wet dreams of democratic strategists (the ignorant champs of politics) and left-totalitarians like you.

The entire south went from solid Democrat to solid Republican in one generation --- where the hell were you? Ah yes, pretending that if you were labeling your little toys "just so" that Atwater/Rove and the Republicans would not thrash this country into the very opposite of the American Dream.

You guys must be the Stupid Party.

LWM is a self-admitted racist

LWM: ... Why not just claw your way though Jonah Goldberg's doughy pantload ...

No, I'll let you eat his waste as you seem to love it.

Your basic problem is that your political thinking is so damn two dimensional. If you can read, get a copy of "Flatland" and see if it helps.

I have had these same discussions with wing-nuts who called me "God damn liberal" and with fools like you who called me a "wing-nut" or neo-con or recently a paleo-con.

Why? Because libertarian love freedom and believe that government itself is our biggest enemy. And that, my little hopeless one, makes me an enemy of both parties.

You make me despair that Democrats in general are as blind as yourself --- because that means that we have little hope.

So, go ahead and have a good hate there LWM, and 20 years from now when it is even worse that today --- remember you have a choice to back freedom or slavery and you wanted slavery.

@Paul Dirks (post office)

The post office happens to perform an amazing service. And we all know that the reason the FDA has gone to shit is because it's being run by BushCo political cronies who would just as soon drown it in a bathtub. ...

The post office can only compete against the private sector because it is against the law to compete with them. Once, a few big outfits tried to box up all letters going from east-coast branch to the west-coast branch and send the letters by truck. (or other private agency) The Feds stepped in and said that is a felony.

The fact the PO is amazing to you, does not prove the private sector would not do the job a thousand times better.

The FDA was a horrible agency in your youth, before the Bush Crime Family had at it. They did make it worse.

Another false dichotomy from the LWM left

LWM claims that the bloated, corrupt, monster of a government not being able to protect New Orleans is proof we need strong government!

Damn, he gives use left-totalitarianism (think Stalin) or the present march toward fascism (think Bush).

Hmmm. No wonder he hates libertarians.

LWM: "We now know that LWM is just another left-totalitarian. If I am, I'm as rare as "hen's teeth". Want my autograph?"

Sure. and while you are at it, please get one from Stalin, Pol Pot, Mao, ...

LWM

LWM: "Bucky Just stop it. Or I'll have to ask Mother Nature to give you a spanking."

Why? Are you not man enough to do so? Must you whine to mama?

LWM: We are stuck

LWM: "... We are stuck with what we got and we have to make it ..."

That is the central mistake. You claim that because we have become an empire that we must all kneel and worship. I will not worship your god. (not the GOP's gods either)

William Timberman --- Two for the price of one

" ... Two anarcho-capitalists now commenting on Glenn's blog? (bucky1 and kdwmson) Two? That must be 3/4 of the anarcho-capitalist population on the entire continent. ...So, bucky1, what would an anarcho-capitalist have done about Jim Crow, or do you think it wasn't a problem?

--

There are a few more of us than that. Try not to go on anecdotal evidence only. But, it is true that most people believe that governments as we see them today are the only answer --- after all, it is all they know.

What about "Jim Crow" you ask. We believe that without coercive government that the would never have been Jim Crow in the first place.

A story from Tennessee. Once the street cars were all privately owned. Some folks had to sit in the back, but it was not black folks. It was people who smoked --- a nasty, stinky habit. The majority of regular customers were served and the smokers had to sit in the back. Later the State owned lines most and passed laws discriminating against the best customers of the street cars.

Is there a moral to this saga? It takes government to really discriminate.

PS: I loved the little dig; did it make you feel good? I also love the enforcers who will only notice if I respond. As fair as the MSM, eh?
