Forget about the Democrats, the country is lost

I am very disappointed with the Democrats. Yet again. They totally lack backbone.

They are dealing with a very unpopular President, a President who has committed so many impeachable offenses that it boggles the mind, yet the Democrats are caving in to him. They do mor even look art the polls that tell them that Bush needs to be neutered over the next 19 months. The Democrats' behavior is nothing short of cowardly and disgusting.

We really need an independent candidate for the Presidency. I would like to see Bloomberg run as an independent. He has been a terrific mayor of NYC, and he clearly possesses a solid dose of commom sense -- something that is in extremely limited supply in Washington.

Pathetic!

Evidently, we need a third-party candidate. The Dems are a buch of pathetic cowards and imbeciles.

Louie, Louie

"Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, went even further. He suggested that Cohen's line of questioning might cause anti-Christian bigots to act out violently against Christians. If that occurred, he said, "The person on this committee could possibly be charged under the Hate Crimes bill."

Neanwhile, a student of Liberty U. was arrested for having home-made bombs in his car that he intended to throw at people protesting at Falwell's funeral...

What was that again about anti-Christian bigots liable to act violently?

Whatever Happened to Lieberman?

Where did Lieberman go? Around the Greem Zone? outside of the Green Zone with 100 soldiers, Black Hawk helicopters, tanks, and U.S. snipers on roofs?

What did he see that shows progress?

Lieberman will say anything to support this escalation. How sad! He was once a fairly decent -- albeit always sanctimonious -- politician.

Or am I mistaken, and the true Liberman was always lurking under the surface?

Arthur Branch as President?

"Formidable candidate"? Because he is an actor with name and face recognition? Hopefully, this time, Americans will el;ect someone with the credentials and experience to be the head of the U.S., instead of another empty suit such as Thompson.

His resume is wafer-thin: one term in the Senate and zero foreign policy experience. His ethics are problematic: he was a lobbyist for 17 years. He is a war-monger, and the public is tired of endless wars.

Bush The Liar

Evidently, Bush will say that there was no wrongdoing. When was the last time that this President told the truth or kept his promises? Remember what he said about the outing of Valerie Plame? That anyone in the WH who was involved with it would be fired? The vicious tub of lard -- Karl Rove -- is still there.

Why is anyone so outraged that Bush is again lying? He has been lying to the American public since 2000. In fact, he has been lying his entire useless life.

So, push for Cheney's and Bush's simulteanous impeachment. Now! Bush and Cheney have another 18 months to bring another war upon us and inflict untold more damage on our proud nation.

Rove Is No Atwater

Karl Rove is an abomination. He makes Lee Atwater look like a straigt shooter.

Thompson's Brains and His Hooty Wife

Thompson is an empty suit. His political resume is wafer-thin. He is a third-rate actor: the star on L&O is Waterston, not the jowly bull-dog Thompson. His credits on bad movies such as Red October, are on the low end of the scale. In other words, he is a total nothing in the movie world.

He is also a total nothing as a political entity. A one-term senator who was famous for being lazy...

He has , however, a checkered past, as a 17-year lobbyist for the most controversial companies.

And he does have a public relation disaster on his hands. His wife looks, dresses, and behaves like a Hooter waitress.

Time to rein in the titty wife...

Tweety's Love for Manly Men

Seems to me that Tweety has major Daddy issues... Remember how he fell all over himself about The Decider's Codpiece moment (the "mission accomplished" idiocy)?

Either Tweety's emotional development stopped when he was five years old, or he is a closeted gay. If it is the former, he needs serious therapy. If it is the latter, he needs to come out of the closet and get a life!

Smelly Fred

Fred Thompson looks like a bulldog (sorry bulldogs, YOU are cute) with his numerous chins hanging off his face. Sexy, he is not.

I cannot attest for his smell, but I bet it is not so great at his age. Old skin and old sweat tend to smell bad a lot faster than young skin and young sweat.

In toto, as a woman, I find Fred Thompson repugnant.

Please, do us all a favor, and remove that revolting picture from the site. My dinner is coming back up.

Self-Destruction

Rudy's self-destruction has only begun. The fact that Giuliani had no time for the ISG meetings because he would have missed fat speaking fees is just the tip of the iceberg. The guy who claims that he is the 9/11 mayor could not resist the appeal of the money.

Rudy has exploited 9/11 for every cent he could think of. I cannot wait to see him fall apart as the months go by.

Jonah

It is amazing to me that Jonah Goldberg, being Jewish, would support authoritarian regimes. After all, the Nazi regime killed six million Jews. Does he really believe that this Bush/Cheney authoritarian regime is harmless because it is not targetting Jews? Yet, that is...

Car Bombs in London

Lieberman clearly lives in another world than the rest of us. The enemy is on the run. Right! Just check out the latest car bomb attacks on civilians, or the five U.S. soldiers killed recently.

And by the way, the argument that we have to fight them in Iraq (which had nothing to do with 9/11), so we don't have to fight them at home just fell apart with the discovery of car bombs in London. When will this insanity stop?

Bush in Iraq

As if the Bushkin were to put his spoiled, pampered, cowardly, egotistic, and sociopathic, ass, in the line of fire!

The ridiculous little shit can only confront dead wood with a seesaw chain...
