Who is going to extend the funds to rebuild Lebanon?

You know, Lebanon, that emerging Democracy? Just what BushCo wanted? The country that BushCo is now subjecting to destruction and misery?

And I thougt that the U.S. wanted to spread democracy in the Middle East? So, why is it helping to destroy a fledging democracy?

The demented denizen of the White House, egged on, aided, and abetted by psychopathic Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Rice, is spoiling for a war with Syria and Iran. In other words, these criminally insane creatures want a widespread war in the Middle East.

The 20th century had Hitler. The 21st century has Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Rice. I hope that I'll see the day when these abominable creatures are shipped to The Hague to be held accountable for their crimes.

What else do you expect from the right - wing lynch mob? It is pretty clear that the extreme right - wing in this country is -- quite literally -- demented. These people belong to mental institutions for the criminally insane.

You can point out their double standards from now until doomsday, it won't make any difference.

Holy Joe has been a disgrace to the Democratic party for the past six years. He has repeatedly undermined the Democrats in Congress. Does anyone remember his self - righteous rantings on the floor of the Senate about Clinton's sordid little affair?

Has anyone heard him ranting about the gross incompetence, war - mongering, and crude appropriation of power by the executive branch of government? Nope. Holy Joe rants and raves about a blow-job, but he is silent about the fascist coup perpetrated by Cheney and his henchmen.

Holy Joe made his bed, now he has to sleep in it. He is behaving as if he were the Lord Of CT. Tough! the voters are pissed off with him and -- GASP! -- they are deciding that they would prefer someone who actually represents their beliefs. That is called the democratic process. Holy Joe evidently needs to take a refreshing course in Democracy 101.

I hope that under the "emotion" category, they have one for "pissed off at having to waste so much time at airports going through this ringmarole".

While these clowns waste money, enery, and time, checking out people for suspect "emotions", containers go unchecked, ports, bridges, tunnels, and chemical and nuclear plants, are woefully unprotected.

Macacas are apes. In French-speaking Europe, "maquaque" is a a racist slur for anyone who is somewhat dark - skinned and who hails from anywhere but Western Europe.

I do not believe that George Felix Allen would know about this specific slur, given that his life experience with the world outside of his state is non - existent. Someone fed him this repulsive slur. Allen has always been a racist, anyway, but this latest manifestation is particularly heinous.

This is one more reason for voting against this revolting creature.

I stand corrected. I just checked out Allen's background, and it turns out that his mother was Tunisian, i.e., someone who was probably insulted daily by the French colonial establishment as a "macaque". So that is where our boy got the great idea of calling a dark-skinned kid working for his opponent a " macaca". Not only is Allen pissing on his mother's grave, he is exhibiting the same racist traits that his mother had to endure.

Way to go, Felix!

Lieberman is a Republican stooge. A not too bright one at that. Claiming to a Democrat but run a senatorial race in a Blue state such as CT with the support of Republicans is downright stupid. Moderate CT voters who may have considered voting for Lieberman in November are increasingly disgusted by his behavior. It is not lost on them that a cast of unsavory characters such as Cheney, Rove, Ann Coulter, Sean Hannity, and Rush Limbaugh, have been praising Holy Joe to the heavens.

If anyone is "reality-challenged", it is the Lieberman campaign. They forget that they are running in CT, not in Kansas.

Go away, Joe, before you embarrass yourself even further.

Allen knew exactly what he said. "Macaque" is indeed a racist slur used by French-speakers to designate people from the Maghreb. Other choice slurs are "bougnoule" and "bicot". Watch for Allen to use those next.
