Super Tuesday, PA, the primaries this week, her attempts to acquire more superdelegates...none of these things have really worked out as planned. Why should her continued candidacy be any different?
If she instead made an effort to convince her supporters that she and Obama have similar platforms, and that they would help the Democratic party and themselves by voting for him, well, that would be nice. And then I woke up from my pretty dream.
Indianapolis is about 21% black.
Since you said "predominantly"...you are wrong.
There are no facts about Indiana voter demographics in your post.
has the election been outsourced to China?
the latest way to say pointless, divisive
He slams Obama relentlessly while spouting flagrantly bogus statistics to support Clinton. Then he says things like "FOAD" when you call him on his nuttiness. He is trying to warn us all about Obama's "unelectablity" , but it sounds like his worst feat is that Obama will actually be elected.
I think he's with Operation Chaos...or maybe he's just bored.
Statistically, he would say "I like Obama better than McCain".
We can't draw too many conclusions about "bloody moron", because the sample size is only one.
Consider increasing the number of paragraph breaks. Also, your placement in the thread is not especially good. And try to relate your post to the topic at hand, or to other posters. It seems more "real" that way!
No...there are many John Andersons, and you have mistaken me for someone else.
My understanding is that this term refers to a count (like a poll) that has a margin of error, and the result is close to the margin of error...thus a "tie". There is no margin of error in the delegate count. Obama is ahead, not in a tie.
Super Tueday, PA, the primaries last week, her bid to win more superdelegates...at every key point she has done worse than expected. This is because outside of her core constituency, she is not well liked.
Obama will have a tough time against McCain, but Clinton would be worse.
Hardball Chicago politics meets Navy hothead.
I live in Oregon and it does seem to be Obama Country. But I worry that SWM and PTG, rather than being local abberations, could be the tip of a larger iceberg.
it's only fair
Yes, people are nice here. I hope you were able to register a lot of voters.
you better show us your papers!
snark is the new black in blogland
went to InternetInfo.com but I didn't find any info on "the lock", or anything else for that matter.
no not really
My understanding is that some ISPs assign IP addresses dynamically, ie you can get a new address simply by disconnecting and then reconnecting.
Part of the problem is the collision of the older "phreak" culture of the internet and the newer "blog" culture. The resulting thread nightmares may be caused by political intrigue, however it may also just be a case of the usual suspects working a new audience.
it's probably too late
In one of your other posts you say you can't vote...but here you are saying that you will probably vote for Obama?
I can't even vote but I am for Hillary and have just made a contribution to her campaign. I am one of those millions who have faith in her and don't want her to quit despite the obstacles.
This is cut and pasted right out of your letters...but you just said you will probably vote for Obama.
Come November, most will likely vote for Obama, like it or not.
This is what you actually wrote

You said something about being from Puerto Rico...but you could vote in the primary, just not the GE. Unless you're 14 or something.
I apologize for jumping your shit...my dyslexia kicked in on the quote in question.

So for most people, the issue the LW has is not much of an issue.
Human beings have a rat-nature and a god-nature, but the rat nature seems to be dominant.
when Paglia appears here. Insightful, penetrating analysis of the Hillary campaign and -- treat me, yes! -- a dizzying tour of ego ideals, seminal influences, and soap opera stars.
Whew!
The key is repetition of some perceived negative...that's all.
The issue of Wright will never really be cleared up to the satisfaction of certain people because these people aren't really listening...there is no meeting of the minds, no real discussion.
The "talking point" is a simply a tool of information warfare.
60,000 within the gate at Waterfront Park and 10-15,000 outside. We couldn't get in, so we went to a bar to watch on tv.
To me his speech sounded like a classic democratic pitch...the cult of personality flourishes were actually pretty minimal.
Portland hearts Obama!
true
maybe not true, in your case
true, unless you make over $250,000/yr or so
but some are more idiotic than others
in a depressing sort of way
rather than the specifics is just good politics.
"Statistical dead heat" is a concept invented by the media, not statisticians.

-Obama posters were mean, we can't forgive them
-Obama isn't qualified
-the race is really tied
-I'm a Democrat but I can't vote for Obama
-Obama is unelectable so we can't vote for him
These are some of the scripts that are all over the blogs, news sites etc. They are repeated over and over by various individuals who demand respect but give none.
"Inner voices" are treatable...unless you're a politician.
