Like a jilted prom queen, Edwards is holding out for the best après-homecoming offer from someone who really cares.
That Edwards can't or won't make up his mind is a reflection on him, not Clinton or Obama.
But Edwards will be ok...he's still worth about 30 mil.

Well thank you!
Based on a sample size of what? Don't we koolaid drinkers count?
Obama leads Sen. John McCain in the nation's most populous state, 49% to 40%, while Clinton edges McCain, 46% to 43%.

I know serveal people who are supporting Obama, and none of us fit into your "demographic".
This is because it's bogus, like most of your arguments.
A few minutes ago it was all about Vermont.
why don't you check out Obama Girl:

If it is too close between Obama and Hillary, they may nominate Gore, and I would be happy with that. Then he would have Obama or Hillary as VP. Then we would have a chance. Gore or Hillary, but Barack as our nominee, means McCain as our President.
This kind of thinking is treatable.
This article never really defines puritanism. Is it primarily defined by its willingness to judge others harshly on moral terms? Maybe...I don't really know.
Like the Internet itself, Kamiya presents many opinions on a subject about which many of us lack basic facts.
I'm surprised that such a well-educated, conservative Southern man would take such a sketchy looking, unreferenced blog at face value. Oh wait, I'm not.
Edited by "Larry C. Johnson":
Mr. Johnson, who worked previously with the Central Intelligence Agency and U.S. State Department’s Office of Counter Terrorism, is a recognized expert in the fields of terrorism, aviation security, crisis and risk management.
Well, I can tell you why this particular Salon reader in not interested in the opinions of Mr. Johnson: he sounds like part of the problem, not part of the solution.
Obama is not perfect...he is trying to spin the facts about the contributions he receives to his advantage.
Really...after the way you got your knickers into a twist about the "plagiarized speech"...why should anybody take you seriously?
Many people believe that Obama has vision and a sense of social justice, and will surround himself with good advisors to make up for his lack of experience. Bill Richardson comes to mind.
Hillary, apparently, only has to surround herself with Bill. And we all see how well that's been working out.
And Hillary is not Bill.
And Bush was successful, for the REPUBLICANS. No, it didn't work out so well for the rest of us.
The idea is that Obama would have DEMOCRATIC advisors. So he would be successful for the DEMOCRATS.
who seems to know a losing horse when he sees one.
Obama would be all about ghetto cred with a tec-9.
When I was in college I was very shy, had few friends and practically no romantic life. One of the organized activities that I do remember having fun participating in was inner-tube water polo.
I should have done more of these types of activities, because one is almost forced to be social. If you can just blindly sign up for a bunch of these things, you might find that your social opportunites increase.

Obama looks good in some polls, not so good in others. I don't see how anyone could say he's "out of it".

Why even vote? Those whose opinions matter most say Obama can't win!
but Hillary wants the poor to pay for health insurance with their beer and cig money.
The $109 mil proves it. To me this means she has a much better chance of grabbing both pledged and super delegates at the convention, with all the super-elite Citizens Of The World lurking in the luxury suites.
A great strategy for winning the primary...not so good for the general election.
Really I can only speak for myself. I always felt like the Clintons were Republicans in drag...things were really not all that good during the 90's. The poverty line didn't move much. I certainly was not doing very well...I've actually been much better off under Bush than Clinton, although this has been more in spite of than because of his policies.
The Iraq sanctions always seemed terrible to me...a completely toxic and passive-aggressive way to conduct foreign policy.
NAFTA is of course very complicated and has had both positive and negative effects...mostly positive effects for corporations, and negative effects for workers. Feel free to jump in at this point.
I agree that the personal attacks were ridiculous...who cares who blows him, what Hil thinks about that, etc.
But the $109 mil really caps it. I can no more relate to these people than I can to Mitt Romney, in spite of all their social-justice bullshit.
Pop stars with $200 mil, executives with $20 mil severance packages, $15 mil book deals...the point of the pyramid is very sharp indeed. So who cares what I think?
Billary, that's who. If her advisors can't plumb the cramped confines of my prejudiced mind, I might not vote for her! Boo hoo!
Those super-plush speaking fees might come with some strings. No, there's nothing in the contract but friends certainly do help out friends. It would be interesting to see the name of every corporation that donated funds, er, I mean, paid fees to Bill and Hillary. Oh never mind it's tacky to check up on the royal couple.
