Just a point as to how quickly conspiracy theories are routinely dismissed. Not to belittle your as usual excellent post nor to advocate for conspiracy theories in general. But I've heard and read this before, and before, and before, and before, ....
If Voting Really Mattered It Would Be Illegal!
Glenn and all you baristers that routinely post here:
I'm 62 years old and have watched someone elses government (I know it's not mine) kill innocent women and children in the name of 'law and order.' None of what you are witnessing today will change until the members of your chosen profession are willing to risk their careers (You know that old meaningless LIVES, FORTUNES AND HONOR) stuff. I know what I was willing to do to bring about change and I did it, I was then told by lawyers and judges 'Sure, we know you are RIGHT. But WE just can't let this change happen. It is better for social order that you and others who believe as you do, though you are indeed right, should now go off to jail so as to maintain the orderly society WE all benefit from.' What is really ironic it to watch the way the ABC producer was arrested on a sidewalk in Denver and then listen to legalists opine about human rights in China.
The obvious solution to these pre-emptive raids is to file for pre-emptive injunctions in federal court. Isn't that the lawyerly liberal way to protect our civil liberties? To all you sad sorry low-life LLB's, things like this ONLY happen after you or one or two or a few of your fellow 'noble brothers' say it's OK! Too bad about the indignity suffered by the NLG lawyer, normally I'd get all fuzzy and warm inside about something like that, but not this time.
Gasoline $3.00 a gallon or less by 10/15 rather than election day as previously predicted. We are about to begin the annual migration to the south. The absentee voters will be given added incentive to repay the administration for what will amount to a 25 to 30 percent reduction from what it cost them to get back north this past spring.
Guaranteed the democrats will be unable to take any credit for the consumer 'windfall.'
Wasn't the main theme yesterday, WHORES, WHORES AND DASCHLES? I guess this means there's a few less whores.
Glenn or any other of you accomplished JD's that routinely post here; who pray tell are the progenitors of these legal concepts?
The idea that somehow the executive possesses this power can't simply reside in DOJ, somewhere out here there has to be some 'learned professorial minds' that believe and teach this stuff. Excuse me, but even I don't think this is found in Constitutional Law For Dummies. Who are they? Where can I find them?
And if they be just some renegade cadre of political appointees within your 'profession' wouldn't it be your obligation to immediately out them?
