Nurses are the folks who spend 8 hours or more walking, running alway on their feet except for an occassiona break plus lunch or dinner.Wihout them no hospitla could run, no arrorgant doctor would function.

At times one sees that the nurses are better motivated than their doctors. they are the ones who tip off thei MD as to what is going wrong with their patient. The usres is ther all day long, the MD makes a brief visit, runs off to his office or to his girlfriend from the O.R.

There are hospitals where a doctor had better damn not insult a nurse privately or publcially. Try the new York Hospital, try the Johns Hopkins hopsital.The nurses sure does not work for the MD. She works for the hospital and the patients. It is easy to bring about this civility simply kick the damned loudmouth insecure MD right off of the staff, and spread the word that he is a trouble maker. Just because his mama who was/is loaded with reverse Oedipus problems worshpped the SOB doesn't mean that the rest of the hospital must do so.

Hospital Administrators? simply sort of MBAs. THey are a dime a dozen, if the idiotic board doesn't control the administrator you end up with waste, empire building.

The problem is only going to get worse if that cute cuddly Hillary or that snake oil salesman that South Chicago slob political hack get's the presidency.
