1. A personal attack on Limbaugh or any other citizen by the president of the United States. Unheard of.

2. Going after police who are defenseless against this man's nastyness such as his words "acted stupidly" in regard to police action

3,Accusing orthpaedic surgeons of charging diabetics 40-50 thousand dollars to amputate a gangrenous foot. At that stage these people have little money left and none of the surgeons ever come close to charging such numbers.

Why does he come up with this? And then his wife having disparaging things to say about the United States. "Down right mean" etc. What's that all about?

Now I asume that you disagree with George Bush, and probably don't like Limbaugh--- so be it but George Bush was a gentleman.He never indulged in pesonal attacks upon private citizens.

Certainly there are marked corrections needed in the insurance industry along with chanages in the way that government regulates insurance. Example let them sell policies across state lines. See to it that there is help for those with a pre exisiting condition.

I worked in a socialized medical system for one years. I obtained a common market license and I passed their certification exam the equivalent of our American Board certifications. Why? because I enjoyed the ambiance of that particular county until my wife was in a terrorist attack. We then hightailed it back to our farm in heartland America.

Now I know many well educated, wealthy liberals who are all for Obamacare. From what I know they will be the first to complain about the lousy care for serious disease. These are peopl who complain about waiting in line at a supermarket checkout, or wait in their physicians office, or OMG waiting to buy stamps at the post office. Yes socialized medicine treats colds and flu and such very well and perhaps even simple fractures. There is always a long wait. When it is serious diseases, extensive diagnostic proceedures required and expensive theraputic regimens that things start to fall apart in a government run health care system.

At that time is when the liberals including my wealthy well educated friends will be the first to complain,aong with many of the posters here. Perhaps they'll even call " my important senator X a family friend" I've seen that been threatened like that by a total ass.

IT's people like this who are pushing the obamacare. Do you think for one second that any of the White House staff will have to put up with real socialized medicine, how about the congress? Will George Soros tolerate socialized medicine for himself??

I had a friend who was a famous Russian physician, he treated the big wig party officials. They got excellent medicine. He dide very well.He even had his own helicopter. Oops it blew up one day, with him in it. Maybe he got a bad result. I guess that they don't have mal practice lawyers there. I have met other Russian physicians who are simply taking care of the people a lack of equipment, lack of adequet medication etc.

What we need is a lot of imput from physicians who are out in the medical trenches. Those who get called out at 2:00 AM, operate until 6:00 AM and yet have to meet an operating schedule an hour and a half later. These people have plenty of complaints about the insurance companies'treatments of patients . They know what it is they that are talking about. And Folks these guys and girls are not in it to charge 40,000 dollars to amputate the gangreous foot of some miserable diabetic partly blind,dialysis patient as alluded to by Obama.They may not be paid anaything-- so what? As our Lord Jesus said "Go thou and do likewise"

But Obama is using advice from politicians and academic physicians whose the toughest night call they get is s phone call for a house officer about a patient. I've been there, done that also.
