[Read more letters about this article: Here]What are your options then? Not vote? Congradulations. Thanks for the help fighting the gop. OVER ONE ISSUE.
One issue eh? ONE ISSUE?! It is ONLY the 4th Amendment numbnuts. Of course, the 1st Amendment is only "one issue" too. Let them gut that one next and let that slide too because is is only one issue. Or how about the 5th? See, illegal spying on Americans is NOT just a direct violation of the 4th Amendment, it is automatically a violation of the 5th Amendment too. They not only search/seize your communications and travels and purchases and associations, they also collect that information to use it against you, by-passing the the protections of the 5th.
Let's just pencil out the 1st, 2nd, 4th (oops, already done), 5th (oops, already done too). Lets just cut them away every election year but STILL vote for Democraps because they "deserve" our support for spitting on the Constitution, their oath of office, and the People. NOTHING they do can ever EVER be worthy of NOT voting for them.
What you have is a weird religion that looks and sounds like politics. You worship the Democraps no matter what, nothing they do can really be bad enough to NOT support them, heart and soul.
Take that belief system and shove it. I am acting, henceforth, directly AGAINST the Democraps in all elections from now on.
I have given money to this effort to unseat/punish Hoyer, Carny, etc, and I will continue to do so in the future. But I am not made of money by any means. The last, best thing I ultimately have is my vote and the f*cking Democraps are never getting it again.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]I said that the bombing of an abortion clinic cannot be compared to 9/11, a coordinated, multiple attack by foreign insurgents that killed thousands of people and caused irreparable financial and psychological damage to this country.
No, the 9/11 attack did NOT do "irreparable financial harm and psychological damage to this country." There was virtually NO real financial damage done, in fact, it was FAR FAR less than NOLA after Katrina. It was FAR FAR less than the current damage from the midwest flooding. It was a pittance.
Psychological damage? Maybe to candyasses. I remember that day clearly. It made me angry and sad but it did NOT damage me at all. No more than the domestic terror attack in Oklahoma City by McVeigh, and I slept quite well after that too. Cowards and weaklings with no real love of liberty were damaged. The REAL damage that came from 9/11 was the Patriot Act, the Iraq criminal war, domestic illegal spying, murder of habeas corpus, indefinite detention, torture, secret gulags, etc. THAT was real damage. The 9/11 attack merely wiped out a few corporate building and killed less people than die in car accidents every year.
Don't splash ME with your wimpy, candy-assed, nonsense about psychological harm. Use the pencil brush to paint the criminals in Congress for overreacting again, and again, and again, and for the cowardly rightwing for overreacting and fanning the fires of hate, fear, and war. THAT is the harm, not the mere collapse of a building or a few thou dead, as tragic as that was. Hardly devastating in any real sense.
As always, it is the reaction TO the act that is devastating, not the act itself.

Already done
[Read the article: What Nancy Pelosi, Steny Hoyer and Fred Hiatt mean by "bipartisanship"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Contributing to the anti-hoyer, et al campaign is good, but we need to try and start a complete boycott of all fundraising for all democrats.
I have already cut them off cold, vow to NOT vote for a single Democrap in the Fall, including Obama unless he actually does more than make a speech against the Senate bill, and actually, besides giving money to Glenn's crusade against the traitors via Act Blue, I even donated directly to Hoyer's GOP competitor Collin Bailey. THAT was hard because I have never EVER given money to a Rethuglican before, but this one felt good.
I did provide them with a bogus email so I wont get GOP spam emails from now on.
Any money I WOULD have been willing to give to Democraps is now reserved for removing Democraps, attacking Democraps who in any way, shape, or form supported or voted for this Dictatorship Bill.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]It ain't easy, bein' Green.
And you can count me in as a new member.
I'll never vote Dem again. I may even actually vote for Nader in the Fall (anyone but a GOPer or Democrap).
