The only way those kind of complaints happen is if the people setting up the system are unbelievably stupid (I guess it could happen in the US right now). In any case, it's ridiculous trying to defend the US health care system. It works if you're a have, it's barely acceptable if your coverage is good unless something traumatic happens, and it is horrendous if you're a have-not. What in the world would make Shapiro think that he knew Edwards, or that he knows him now? He's not a confidante of his.
