August 29, 2008

TO: Puma PAC Members

FROM: Murphy

Subject: Announcement

Hello Puma PAC,

Goodbye Howard Dean. Goodbye Barack Obama. Goodbye Nancy Pelosi. Goodbye Donna Brazile. You have not only lost the White House for the Democratic Party. Today you have brought the Democratic Party to the brink of irrelevancy altogether. John McCain has played you all like a piano.

Today we say GOODBYE to the OLD Democratic Party. The OLD Democratic Party has led us to DISASTER. John McCain and Sarah Palin will win in November by a landslide.

TODAY, August 29th 2008, Puma PAC has started a new political party:

THE NEW DEMOCRATIC PARTY

We have a website launching tonight. at www.thenewdemocraticparty.org

and www.ndp.org

We will be modeled on Alice Paul's National Woman's Party. We will NOT be running candidates. We WILL be endorsing candidates.

We will be the Party for All Disaffected Democrats who are FINISHED WITH THE OLD DEMOCRATIC PARTY. We are NOT Republicans, though millions of us will vote McCain/Palin in November.

Our Platform is the Platform of the TRUE Democratic Party

. Healthcare for All

. Equal Rights

. Reproductive Rights

. Worker Protections

. Envmtl Protections

. Fair Immigration Policy

. Help for working class college students

. Good public schools

WE MUST PREVENT A REPUBLICAN TAKEOVER OF THE ELECTORATE. WE NEED A POLITICAL PARTY FOR ALL THE MILLIONS WHO WANT TO BOLT THE DEMS AFTER TODAY'S FIASCO.

Please JOIN US. We NEED the Platform and Principles of GOOD DEMOCRATIC VALUES now MORE THAN EVER. We MUST STAY UNITED AS A DEMOCRATIC VOTING BLOC OR WE COULD LOSE EVERYTHING.

To Join the New Democratic Party, please send an email with your name and state today to newdemparty@pumapac.org

Listen in tonight to the Lion's Share on No We Won't Radio with Sheri Tagg.

Riverdaughter and I will join her to talk about today's events and where we go from here.

Thank you and Good Luck,

@elephantman

I'll make you my waitress, if you know what I mean.

@jeb

Still working with half a brain, I see.

Let me spell it out for you:

Yes, that is the democratic platform. Except, this group has pledged to not vote for the party ticket - Obama/Biden.

This means that all those things on that list, the opposite thing happens, because John McCain/Sarah Palin win.

Any organization whose goal is to take an significant number of votes away from Obama is in effect delivering those votes to McCain. That's how it works.

PUMA is a false-flag, agent provocateur of the Republican party. This is their last, best hope of winning.

I just don't understand how someone can be so cynical after watching last night's speech that they cannot get behind our candidate.

PUMA truly is "post rational" as Rachel Maddow says.

PS: Elephantman, you are a Republican, right? I can feel bromance in the air. Wanna play Wii with our shirts off. You first. *bites lip*

Dobson

Dobson is a hair's width left of extremists like Ahmedinijad or bin Laden. I have no doubt that if he could, he would require American women to wear a hajib. Dobson will stop at nothing to control every womb on the planet, and if he could he would have health care professionals specializing in women's reproduction executed by the state. Dobson's ideas are not 19th century. They are 13th century.

Anyone Dobson endorses must never be allowed to hold high office.

“ As for that VP talk all the time, I’ll tell you, I still can’t answer that question until somebody answers for me what is it exactly that the VP does every day?

@dem2win

Being married to a president is not the same as political experience.

In real politics, Obama is far more qualified to lead than Clinton: a community volunteer and organizer, coucilperson, state senator for one of the largest states in the union and US Senator, which Senator Clinton has a lead on him by a mere two years.

Please disabuse yourself of any myths that Obama is under-qualified. Were that true he would not have made up a 30-point deficit from virtually nowhere to capture the nomination, 38 million people would not have tuned in to watch him for almost 1 hour give a political speech (this is almost unheard of in the age of instant gratification), and he would not, despite his complexion, name and background, have the RNC shaking in their boots.

The rest of this election can be a cake walk if you join in and walk with us. Together we can do it. Yes we can.

Wing-nut Radio Fabricating Obama Sound Bytes

http://digg.com/politics/Right_Wing_Radio_Fabricating_Phony_Obama_Sound_Clips

Two talk show hosts, Michael Graham and Michele McPhee, on Boston's WTKK (96.9 FM) have been playing a sound bite of Obama responding to Rick Warren's question about abortion. This sound bite appears to be spliced together with other sound clips of Obama stammering and stuttering. The end result is a completely fabricated sound bite of Obama sounding like a buffoon. This fake sound bite has been played repeatedly on both of their shows since August 18, 2008, presented every time as an authentic Obama quote.
